Both features are for Oura Ring Gen3 or newer on iOS or Android; GLP-1 Insights also requires an active membership.
When can UK Oura members use the features?
Oura’s UK rollout started October 6, 2026. The company says access will expand over the coming weeks, and its availability page lists the UK for both features. If either option is not visible yet, that may reflect the staged rollout rather than a problem with the ring. Oura says the wider expansion includes EU countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and Saudi Arabia, and covers more than 30 new markets overall. What Health Radar does—and what its readings mean
Health Radar builds on Oura’s Symptom Radar by looking for biometric patterns that may merit attention. Its breathing and blood-pressure-related signals are wellness indicators, not a diagnosis or medical monitoring.
Nighttime Breathing
This view shows a rolling 30-day picture of sleep-related breathing patterns. Oura says it needs at least seven days of data to show a prevailing pattern, so a new or inconsistently worn ring may not provide a result straight away.

Blood Pressure Signals and cuff readings
Blood Pressure Signals analyzes nighttime photoplethysmography (PPG) patterns across a 30-day assessment window and requires at least 15 nights to build a baseline. It does not measure blood pressure in mmHg. Oura also refers to Nighttime BP and Cuff Inputs as part of the broader rollout: cuff readings are a separate personal log and do not change Blood Pressure Signals or Oura scores. What GLP-1 Insights tracks
GLP-1 Insights is intended for members who are currently taking GLP-1 medicines or preparing to start. It combines information members enter—such as medication, dose, schedule, side effects and weight—with Oura data including sleep, activity, readiness and stress. The aim is to let a member see changes over time alongside their own medication journey, not to assess treatment effectiveness.

Initial setup asks about medication start, dose, frequency, weight and, if applicable, goal weight. Dose-day check-ins can prompt members to record a dose, side effects and weight. Oura does not prescribe medication or recommend dose changes; it cautions members not to change medication, nutrition or workouts without consulting a medical professional. Who is eligible?
Oura says both features support members with an Oura Ring Gen3 or newer using iOS or Android. GLP-1 Insights additionally requires an active Oura membership. Hardware eligibility does not mean access has already reached every UK account, because the rollout is staged.

Oura’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Ricky Bloomfield, described the goal as helping people understand “your unique physiology, and how it changes over time.” That is the company’s product framing, not evidence that either feature can diagnose a condition or guide treatment.

Oura’s tracking feature is separate from clinical treatment guidance. The World Health Organization’s December 2025 guideline made conditional recommendations on GLP-1 therapies for adults with obesity and emphasized comprehensive care, including diet, physical activity and support from health professionals. It is not an endorsement of Oura’s feature.
