Our Place has launched the Wonder Oven Pro, a larger successor to its Wonder Oven countertop air fryer oven. It has eight cooking functions and steam infusion, and it costs £295 in the UK. The “leftovers taste better” line comes from the launch coverage and the brand’s own description of steam. The sources we found include no controlled test of leftover taste or texture, so treat it as a feature claim.
What the Wonder Oven Pro is
Wallpaper*, in a report dated October 5, 2026, describes the Pro as a family-sized, eight-function air fryer oven. It is the bigger sibling of the original Wonder Oven, which the report says had six functions. The Pro adds more capacity plus two new modes: proof and dehydrate. Wallpaper* quotes founder Shiza Shahid on why it exists: “People weren’t saving their Wonder Oven for special occasions. What does the steam function do?
Steam infusion is the feature behind the leftovers angle. The launch report presents it as useful for warming leftovers without drying them out. The idea is that added moisture in the cooking chamber slows the drying that dry convection heat can cause when food is reheated.
Our Place’s page for the existing Large Wonder Oven tells users to add 4–6 teaspoons of water after preheating to use steam infusion. That is the only usage instruction we found, and it covers the older model. Check the Pro’s manual for its own water amount and method.

Keep the evidence in perspective. The claim is the brand’s and the launch coverage’s. We found no independent test comparing steam-reheated leftovers with microwave or standard oven reheating, and no named expert commenting on it.

Size: what is and isn’t known
“Supersized” here means larger than the original Wonder Oven. The sources we found give no capacity figure for the Pro. The existing Large Wonder Oven is listed at 28 L, six functions and USD 245, with a claimed preheat of under 3.5 minutes, according to Our Place. Those are brand specifications for that model, not Pro numbers and not independent test results. Check the Pro’s dimensions and internal capacity against your counter space before buying.

Wallpaper* mentions two companion collections, the Baker’s Kit and the Chef’s Kit, launching alongside the Pro. Their exact contents, pricing and availability aren’t confirmed in the sources, so check Our Place’s site for details and compatibility.

Who it suits
The new proof and dehydrate modes mainly matter to people who bake bread or dry fruit. If you only air fry and reheat, the original model’s six functions may be enough, and the Pro’s gain is mainly space. No independent review has yet compared the Pro with rival ovens.
