The available announcements do not provide a complete, same-date price comparison across every storefront, so check your local store rather than assuming one platform is cheapest. How much does Order of the Sinking Star cost?
The publisher announced a $29.99 launch price on September 24, 2026. That is the announced dollar price, not a confirmed price for every country or platform store. The publisher also announced 10% discounts in launch bundles pairing the game with Mewgenics, Animal Well, or the original soundtrack, and said the soundtrack would be available separately. The announcement does not establish that those bundles are offered on every console storefront. Check your local store for its price and available editions.

The publisher describes the Overworld as a hub with four paths that can initially be tackled without a single required order. Each region has its own protagonist or cast and a distinct set of rules.
The North: The Hearty Heroes of Hauling
A fantasy adventuring party—including a Warrior, Thief, Wizard, Bard, Cleric, and Druid—works as a moving crew. Puzzles draw on the characters’ different actions, such as pushing, pulling, and teleporting. The challenge is often to chain abilities rather than treat each character as an isolated tool.
The East: The Mirror Isles
A Trader travels across an archipelago using magic mirrors that swap the Trader and objects with their reflections. Solving the puzzles involves positioning objects and reflections to reach otherwise inaccessible islands.

The publisher says later Gold Rooms connect the worlds into hybrid areas, bringing characters and their puzzle systems together across six dual-combination areas. Its examples include pairing the Explorer’s beams with the Trader’s mirrors, or using the moving crew’s abilities in the Sailor’s water puzzles.
