OPPO lists the Reno16 5G in India at ₹66,999 for 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, or ₹72,999 for 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Those prices were stated as correct on 31 August 2026, so they are not verified prices for 4 October. The India model, CPH2865, pairs a 6.32-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, three 50MP rear cameras, a 6,700mAh typical battery and 80W charging. Current sale timing also needs checking: OPPO’s store showed an 11 October open-sale notice when viewed on 7 October.
OPPO Reno16 5G price in India and sale status
OPPO’s India details page lists the following prices, including applicable taxes, and says they were correct as of 31 August 2026. It also shows higher list prices; neither figure should be treated as a confirmed live price for 4 October.

OPPO announced the phone in India on 2 July 2026. However, the official store displayed “Open Sale on Oct.11 at 12:00PM” when checked on 7 October, despite the details page describing the device as available. That mismatch means the announcement date alone does not establish current stock or sale availability. Check OPPO’s India product page and store before ordering; OPPO says authorized retail partners and offline stores also carry the phone, and its launch announcement names Amazon as a sales channel, but that does not confirm a current listing, seller, or price.
The details page also listed a selected bank-card discount of up to ₹6,699, an exchange bonus of up to ₹7,000, and no-cost EMI from ₹5,583 per month for the 8GB model, all as of 31 August. These are dated offers, not assured current benefits.

These are OPPO’s published specifications for the India-market CPH2865. Measurements and camera/video capabilities are manufacturer claims rather than independently tested results.

What the camera setup and software offer
The rear array combines main, ultra-wide and telephoto cameras, each with a 50MP resolution on OPPO’s specification sheet. The 3.5× optical zoom is the telephoto lens’s stated optical reach; the separate 18× figure is digital zoom, not optical magnification. OPPO lists two-axis optical image stabilization for the main and telephoto cameras.
OPPO markets ColorOS 16.0 camera tools including AI Remix Collage, Pop Cam, Popout 2.0, AI Recompose, AI Perfect Shot, AI Best Face, AI Unblur, AI Eraser, AI Flash Photography 3.0 and AI Studio. Those are listed features, not guarantees that every image will produce a particular result.

OPPO’s India comparison presents the Reno16c 5G as the less expensive sibling, with a different balance of screen, cameras, battery and video. The Reno16c price below is OPPO’s dated starting price, not a verified current offer.

On OPPO’s stated differences, the Reno16 prioritizes a sharper/brighter screen, higher-resolution ultra-wide camera and faster rear video; the Reno16c has the larger listed battery and lower starting price. Confirm current prices and full configuration details before choosing.

What comes in the box, warranty and limits to check
OPPO lists the handset, charger, USB data cable, SIM ejector tool, protective case and quick guide in the India box contents, while noting contents may vary by market. A separate charger or case is therefore not automatically necessary.
