The OPPO Reno15 5G has a larger stated battery, a higher-resolution and wider-field front camera, and lower launch-era India prices. Neither is a proven camera, battery-life or performance winner: those calls require comparable testing. The prices below are published figures, not a guarantee of today’s checkout price.
OPPO Reno15 vs vivo X200T: India price difference
For matching 12GB+256GB configurations, OPPO announced the Reno15 at ₹48,999 at launch in January 2026, while vivo’s India store displayed the X200T at ₹59,999 when accessed on 5 October 2026. That is a difference of ₹11,000 between the published figures, not a confirmed current saving: OPPO’s number is its launch price, and vivo’s selected listing was out of stock when checked. The vivo listing showed an MRP of ₹79,999.

For the 12GB+512GB versions, OPPO’s January 2026 launch price was ₹53,999; vivo’s store displayed ₹59,999 for its selected 12GB+256GB version, so that is not a like-for-like 512GB price comparison. These are India-market manufacturer specifications. A stronger named chipset or a higher megapixel count describes hardware, not a measured advantage in everyday speed or image quality. The stated brightness figures use different labels and conditions, so they are not a direct, like-for-like screen test.
Performance and storage: vivo has the stronger listed hardware
The X200T pairs a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ with UFS 4.1 storage, while Reno15 uses a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and UFS 3.1. On the published specifications, the vivo is the more ambitious choice for demanding apps, gaming and heavy multitasking. That is a hardware-based expectation, not a claim based on comparative benchmark or sustained-load testing. Both list LPDDR5X-family memory; vivo specifies LPDDR5X Ultra.
vivo offers 12GB RAM with either 256GB or 512GB storage. OPPO also has an 8GB+256GB option, as well as 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB variants, so its lower-cost entry configuration may suit buyers who need less memory.
Display: close in size, not directly comparable in brightness
Both phones have high-refresh AMOLED displays and are around 6.6 inches. vivo lists a 6.67-inch, 2800×1260 panel with a 120Hz refresh rate; OPPO lists a roughly 6.59-inch, 2760×1256 display that also reaches 120Hz. The specifications suggest similarly positioned large, sharp screens, but do not establish which looks better in person.

OPPO gives typical and HBM brightness figures, while vivo gives a local peak figure. Those measurement labels are not interchangeable; the listed 5000-nit local peak should not be read as the vivo screen’s sustained full-display brightness or used alone to declare it brighter in normal use. Official details are on the OPPO Reno15 specifications page and vivo X200T parameters page.
Cameras: choose by the hardware you use, not megapixels alone
Both phones have dedicated telephoto cameras, and both list 50MP main cameras with optical image stabilization. The clearest hardware distinction is the ultrawide: vivo lists 50MP, compared with 8MP on OPPO. Reno15 counters with a 50MP front camera and a stated 100° field of view; the X200T lists a 32MP front camera. These figures do not by themselves establish which phone takes better photos or selfies.
vivo X200T camera details
vivo describes its 50MP ZEISS telephoto as a super-telephoto camera with a 70mm equivalent focal length, up to 100× digital or marketed zoom, and up to 20× telephoto macro. The 100× figure is a digital/marketed zoom claim, not a statement that the full range is optical or lossless. The rear array also includes a 50MP OIS main camera and a 50MP ultrawide; its front camera is 32MP. See vivo’s X200T product page.
OPPO Reno15 camera details
OPPO lists a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP telephoto with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide. Its specification page lists rear video recording at 4K and 30 or 60fps, 4K stabilization, 3.5× optical video zoom and 18× digital video zoom. These listed recording modes are useful if they fit your workflow, but they do not prove better video quality than the vivo, whose directly comparable recording modes are not established here. See OPPO’s Reno15 specifications and vivo’s X200T launch page.

Battery and charging: capacity versus charging options
OPPO lists a 6500mAh typical battery for Reno15, compared with vivo’s 6200mAh typical battery for the X200T. That gives OPPO the higher stated capacity, but it does not establish longer battery life: screen settings, network conditions, software and workload affect endurance, and no comparable battery test is available here.
vivo lists up to 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. OPPO lists up to 80W wired charging; wireless charging is not listed in the cited Reno15 specifications. Choose the X200T if wireless charging matters, or the Reno15 if the larger stated battery capacity is more relevant to your priorities.

OPPO lists Reno15 at about 197g and 0.78–0.79cm thick. vivo lists the X200T at 203–205g and 0.799cm thick. Manufacturer figures make the Reno15 the lighter of the two, though the difference is modest and does not substitute for handling either phone.

The India specification pages list ColorOS 16 for Reno15 and Android 16 with OriginOS 6 for X200T. They do not establish comparative update duration or support quality; check the current regional update commitments if that will affect how long you keep the phone.

vivo’s India parameters page lists IP68/IP69 for X200T. OPPO’s launch announcement gives IP66/IP68/IP69 ratings for the Reno15 Series, but a series-level statement is not sufficient to assume every rating applies to every base-model regional SKU. Confirm the exact model’s rating in the applicable local specification before relying on it.
Which phone should you buy?
Choose the vivo X200T if
- You want the stronger listed processor and UFS 4.1 storage, with the understanding that these are specifications rather than results from a head-to-head performance test.
- You want wireless charging, in addition to the listed 90W wired charging.
- A 50MP ultrawide and the listed triple-50MP rear camera setup better match your camera priorities.
Choose the OPPO Reno15 if
- You prioritize its 6500mAh stated typical battery capacity over the X200T’s 6200mAh capacity.
- You take frequent selfies or group shots and value the listed 50MP front camera with a 100° field of view.
- You find it at a price that makes sense: OPPO’s published ₹45,999–₹53,999 figures are January 2026 launch prices, not verified current retail prices.
For either phone, check the live price and stock for the exact memory configuration before buying. The published figures establish official page prices, not the cheapest available checkout price.
What this comparison can—and cannot—establish
The comparison is based on India-market manufacturer specifications and official pricing pages accessed on 5 October 2026. It does not include independent side-by-side benchmarks, camera tests, battery endurance measurements or hands-on evaluation. Treat processor and camera comparisons as differences in stated hardware, not tested outcomes. Variants, prices, network bands, software, in-box charger contents and durability claims may vary by region; verify the local SKU and current listing if those details determine your purchase.
