Which phone has the more useful camera setup?
Reno15: telephoto hardware and higher-resolution selfie camera
OPPO lists a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a separate 50MP telephoto camera with OIS, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. Its front camera is listed at 50MP. On paper, that gives the Reno15 a dedicated telephoto camera and a higher-resolution front-camera specification than the A37.

Galaxy A37: adds a macro camera
Samsung lists a 50MP wide camera, 8MP ultrawide and 5MP macro camera on the rear, plus a 12MP front camera. Its rear setup includes a camera type the Reno15’s cited specification list does not include. Resolution alone cannot settle image quality: sensor, lens, processing and real-world results are not compared in the manufacturer sources.

Battery, charging and screen differences
The Reno15’s listed typical battery capacity is 6,500mAh, compared with 5,000mAh typical for the A37. OPPO also specifies maximum supported charging of 80W; the cited Samsung sources do not state an A37 charging rate. Capacity and maximum charging support do not predict a measured runtime or charging time, so treat them as specification differences rather than a battery-life verdict.
The A37 has the larger listed display at 6.7 inches, while the Reno15 is 6.59 inches. Both are listed with AMOLED-family panels and refresh rates up to 120Hz. OPPO gives the Reno15’s resolution as 2760 × 1256; Samsung describes the A37 display as FHD+ Super AMOLED.

Durability and software support
Samsung specifies IP68 water and dust resistance for the Galaxy A37 5G and commits to up to six generations of Android OS/One UI upgrades and up to six years of security updates. These are the clearest published durability and support advantages in the cited comparison. OPPO’s cited Reno15 specification page does not state an ingress rating or an equivalent software-support duration, so the available information does not support a direct claim that it lacks either.

- Consider the Reno15 if its listed 50MP telephoto camera, 50MP front camera, larger typical battery capacity or up-to-80W charging support matter most to you.
- Consider the Galaxy A37 if a published IP68 rating and Samsung’s stated OS-upgrade and security-update commitment are priorities, or if you want its listed macro camera.
- Check regional details before importing. OPPO notes that features such as NFC can depend on region, and regional configurations and radio bands may differ. Do not assume an imported handset supports the same network bands as the version sold locally.
For UK buyers, Samsung says the A37 box includes a USB-C to USB-C cable, ejection pin and quick start guide, with contents varying by country or region. Cases and screen protectors are sold separately; confirm accessory compatibility with the exact model. OPPO lists a charger and protective case in the Reno15 box but also notes that box contents may vary by market.
