The vivo X200T has the stronger listed processor, while the OPPO Reno15 Pro counters with a 200MP main-camera specification, a 3.5x portrait telephoto, a larger stated battery and faster wireless charging. In a 91mobiles price snapshot, the Reno15 Pro was listed at ₹60,999 on Amazon and the X200T at ₹59,999 on Flipkart—a ₹1,000 difference, but across different retailers and not a confirmed current checkout comparison. There is no cited controlled test establishing an overall winner.

Performance: vivo has the higher-tier listed chip
The X200T’s Dimensity 9400+ is the stronger platform on paper compared with the Reno15 Pro’s Dimensity 8450, and vivo specifies a 3nm process. That gives the vivo an advantage if your decision is based on the named chipset and its listed tier. It does not establish a measured difference in app speed, gaming frame rates, heat or sustained performance: no matched benchmark or thermal comparison is cited here.
vivo specifies 12GB RAM and 256GB or 512GB storage using LPDDR5X Ultra and UFS 4.1. The cited OPPO materials do not confirm comparable storage-speed details, so compare the exact Reno15 Pro retail SKU rather than assuming a like-for-like storage configuration.

Camera hardware: different focal-length priorities
OPPO’s headline is a 200MP main camera alongside a 50MP 3.5x telephoto intended for portraits and a 50MP ultra-wide. The X200T uses three 50MP rear cameras: a main camera with OIS, an ultra-wide and a 70mm-equivalent periscope telephoto. vivo also advertises up to 100x digital zoom; that maximum is a manufacturer claim, not evidence that images at that zoom level retain useful detail.

The X200T offers a periscope telephoto and an OIS-equipped main camera. Megapixel counts, lens labels and zoom maxima do not settle which phone takes better photos: no independent side-by-side image comparison is established here.

- 512GB Storage, 12GB RAM

For selfies, OPPO lists a 50MP ultra-wide front camera and says its front and rear cameras support 4K HDR recording at up to 60fps. vivo lists a 32MP front camera. These different specifications are useful to compare against your needs, but they are not a substitute for comparable photo and video samples.
Display, battery and charging
The Reno15 Pro has the larger listed display at 6.78 inches, with FHD+ resolution and an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. vivo lists a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED panel at 2800 × 1260, giving the X200T the higher stated resolution. vivo’s 5,000-nit local-peak figure is a manufacturer specification; the cited material does not establish a directly comparable brightness test between the phones.

OPPO lists a 6,500mAh typical battery, 300mAh more than vivo’s stated 6,200mAh typical capacity. vivo has the higher stated wired charging rate at 90W versus OPPO’s 80W; OPPO has the higher stated wireless rate at 50W versus vivo’s 40W. Capacity and charging ratings do not establish comparative runtime or real charging times. Confirm charger and accessory contents for the exact regional box; vivo’s India specification page lists a charger, phone case and protective film in the package.

OPPO describes the Reno15 Pro as tested to IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings, while vivo lists IP68 and IP69 under its stated conditions. These are resistance classifications, not a promise that either phone is waterproof or protected against every kind of liquid exposure. vivo cautions that resistance may diminish with use, advises against routine immersion and says not to charge the phone while wet. Ratings alone do not establish warranty coverage for liquid damage.
OPPO’s India launch materials identify ColorOS 16; vivo’s India specification lists Android 16 with OriginOS 6. Check the software and update details for the exact Indian retail unit. OPPO notes that feature availability can vary by region, software version and OTA timing, so its AI feature claims should not be read as a guarantee that every feature is available on every handset at purchase.
Which phone should you choose?
Choose the vivo X200T if
- You prioritize the Dimensity 9400+ and its 3nm process on the specification sheet.
- You want a 70mm-equivalent periscope telephoto or OIS on the listed main camera.
- You value the higher stated wired charging rate of 90W.
- You prefer its 2800 × 1260 listed display resolution.
Choose the OPPO Reno15 Pro if
- You value a 200MP main-camera specification and a 3.5x portrait telephoto.
- You want the listed 50MP ultra-wide selfie camera and OPPO’s stated front-and-rear 4K HDR recording up to 60fps.
- You prefer its 6,500mAh typical battery specification or 50W wireless charging rating.
- You want the larger 6.78-inch listed display.
For either model, make the final decision using the live price for the same storage tier, the exact seller, regional software, return policy and warranty terms. The specification evidence supports a feature-based choice, not a universal performance, camera or battery-life verdict.
