The vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G has the larger listed screen at 6.74 inches, but its panel is an HD+ LCD at 1600×720. vivo lists a 6500mAh typical battery and 44W FlashCharge. Both phones list a 120Hz refresh rate.
These are manufacturer specifications, not results from a controlled side-by-side test. They show what each phone is built with, not how either one performs day to day. The price gap is also easy to misread: OPPO’s figures are April 2025 launch prices, while vivo’s figure is an official-store listing for a different RAM and storage combination, seen on October 7, 2026. The two numbers do not form a like-for-like price difference.

Display: higher stated resolution on OPPO, larger diagonal on vivo
The OPPO panel lists 1080×2400 pixels, or about 2.25 times the pixel count of vivo’s 1600×720 panel. The vivo panel is about 0.07 inches larger on the diagonal. Those two numbers describe pixel density and screen size, not image quality.

The panel technologies also differ. OPPO specifies AMOLED and vivo specifies LCD. The two technologies handle black levels, contrast and brightness differently, but the specification sheets do not report measured brightness, colour accuracy or viewing quality for either phone. No ranking of the two screens is established by these sources.
Battery and charging
OPPO lists a 7000mAh typical battery with up to 80W SUPERVOOC charging. vivo lists a 6500mAh typical battery, a 6355mAh rated figure and 44W FlashCharge. The OPPO battery is larger on typical capacity, and its listed charging wattage is higher.
Neither number translates directly into hours of use or time to a full charge. vivo’s battery-life figures are laboratory results under the scenarios it describes, and vivo states that actual charging power and speed may vary. Treat the battery and charging numbers as rated maximums and test conditions, not as predictions of your own usage.
Processor
OPPO lists the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 platform. vivo lists the MediaTek Dimensity 6300. The chip names alone do not establish which phone is faster. No benchmark result or sustained-performance measurement for either model is cited in these sources, so this article does not rank them on speed.

Cameras
OPPO lists a 50MP main camera, a 2MP monochrome camera and a 16MP front camera. vivo’s product page lists a 50MP Sony main camera and a 5MP front camera. vivo’s comparison page also lists a 0.08MP secondary rear sensor, so vivo’s own pages do not describe the rear camera setup identically.
Megapixel counts do not establish photo quality. Sensor size, processing, lens quality and software all affect the result, and none of those is measured in the sources cited here.

The official vivo materials cited here list no 8GB variant, so an exact RAM match at either storage size is not established. Always compare the variant printed on the listing you are buying.

Price difference: what the numbers do and do not show
OPPO K13 5G: April 2025 launch prices
OPPO India announced the K13 5G on April 21, 2025 at INR 17,999 for the 8GB+128GB model and INR 19,999 for the 8GB+256GB model. The same announcement described an INR 1,000 sale-day bank discount or exchange bonus. That was a launch-period offer and should not be treated as a current price or offer.
OPPO’s own launch statement, from Savio D’Souza, Head of Product Communications at OPPO, reads: “With the OPPO K13, we’re bringing an OP experience to the under ₹20,000 segment—without compromise.” That is the company’s positioning, not an independent assessment.
vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G: store listing
vivo’s official E-Store India displayed ₹26,999 for the 6GB+256GB model when it was checked on October 7, 2026. That is a single store listing on a single date. It is not a permanent price, and it is not an Amazon or other marketplace price.

Why the figures cannot be subtracted
- The OPPO prices are from April 2025, and the vivo price is from October 2026, so they reflect different market conditions.
- The closest storage match is 256GB, but the RAM differs: 8GB on the OPPO model and 6GB on the vivo model.
- Launch prices, store prices and marketplace prices are set by different sellers and can change without notice.
How to compare prices on the day you buy
- Open OPPO’s India website or an authorised OPPO retailer and note the current price for the K13 5G 8GB+256GB model, including any bank offers and exchange terms, with the date.
- Open vivo’s official E-Store India and note the current price for the T5 Lite 44W 5G 6GB+256GB model, with the same details.
- Compare the final payable price after offers and exchange terms, not the listed price alone.
- Record the date and seller for both listings, because either price may change before you purchase.
Which phone fits which priority
- Higher stated screen resolution and higher rated charging wattage: the OPPO K13 5G lists both.
- Larger listed screen diagonal and a 6500mAh typical battery: the vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G lists both, though its panel is LCD and its charging rating is lower.
- Higher-resolution front camera: the OPPO K13 5G lists 16MP, against vivo’s 5MP.
- A specific RAM and storage combination: check the exact variant on the live listing, since the two phones’ listed options do not match.
What these sources do not establish
- Software updates and long-term support for either model. OPPO notes that its operating system information is for reference and may be updated.
- Sustained performance, gaming behaviour or thermal results.
- Real-world camera quality, colour accuracy or low-light performance.
- Regional availability beyond India, and any price outside the listings named above.
