The OPPO Find X9 and Reno15 Pro Mini make different trade-offs: Find X9 lists a larger battery, a higher-tier chipset, 4K/120fps rear video, wireless charging, Wi-Fi 7 and eSIM; Reno15 Pro Mini is smaller and lighter, with a 200MP main camera and listed 3.5× optical zoom. Both India models list up to 80W wired SUPERVOOC charging. OPPO’s published specifications do not establish which takes better photos, lasts longer in real use or offers better value. A current price difference cannot be verified from the available official price evidence.

Choose Find X9 if its extra features suit your use
- You want the Find X9’s listed chipset, Dimensity 9500, rather than choosing on an unverified benchmark or speed claim.
- You expect to use rear video at up to 4K/120fps.
- You want wireless charging, with up to 50W AIRVOOC listed for this model.
- You need Wi-Fi 7 or eSIM support, subject to compatibility with your local carrier and variant.
- You prefer the larger listed battery capacity and are comfortable with a larger, heavier phone.
Choose Reno15 Pro Mini if size is the priority
- You want the shorter, lighter body: OPPO lists it at about 187–188 g, compared with about 203 g for Find X9.
- You value a 200MP main-camera specification and listed optical zoom up to 3.5×. Megapixel count alone does not show which phone produces better photographs.
- You do not need a feature absent from its cited specification page, such as listed wireless charging or eSIM support.
Camera: resolution and zoom are not a quality verdict
Reno15 Pro Mini lists a 200MP wide camera and optical zoom up to 3.5×; Find X9 lists a 50MP wide camera with OIS, a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS, and optical zoom up to 3×. Both list a 50MP ultra-wide camera with autofocus. Find X9 also lists a 2MP monochrome camera.

Those specifications describe different camera configurations, not comparative photo results. The available manufacturer pages do not establish which phone is better for low-light images, portraits, motion, color or video quality. Choose based on the stated zoom and video capabilities you need, and consult comparable real-world samples if image quality is the deciding factor.
Battery and charging: what the numbers do and do not tell you
OPPO lists a typical battery capacity of 7025mAh for Find X9 and 6200mAh for Reno15 Pro Mini, alongside rated capacities of 6840mAh and 6035mAh respectively. Typical and rated values are distinct manufacturer figures; neither is a measured estimate of hours between charges. No independent battery-life test is established by these specifications.

Both India listings state up to 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging. Find X9 additionally lists up to 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging, while the Reno15 Pro Mini specification page does not list wireless charging. Achieving advertised charging speeds depends on compatible equipment and conditions; a generic USB-C charger’s wattage alone does not guarantee the maximum SUPERVOOC rate.

Is Find X9 more expensive, and what is the current price difference?
A reliable current price difference is not established for these two exact phones. OPPO’s India campaign terms listed a ₹4,000 coupon for Reno15 Pro/Mini 5G and ₹10,000/₹8,000 coupons limited to Find X9 Ultra/S, valid August 6–31, 2026. The campaign had ended by October 7, 2026, and those points-redemption coupons were not standard selling prices. They cannot be used to calculate today’s price gap. See OPPO’s coupon terms.

For a fair comparison, check both models in the same country, from the same seller and at the same time. Match storage tiers—256GB against 256GB or 512GB against 512GB—and distinguish a list price from a sale price or a price that depends on a promotion. Confirm the exact variant and availability before buying.
