The OPPO Find X9 Ultra is the better-documented choice for native 10x optical reach: OPPO lists a dedicated 50 MP 10x telephoto. The Find X10 Pro Max is reported to have three 200 MP rear cameras and a newer chipset, but those specifications and its prices are reported for China rather than confirmed by an official OPPO specification page. There is no reliable like-for-like local price difference established here.

Which phone has the stronger camera case?
Choose the X9 Ultra for documented 10x optical reach
OPPO describes the X9 Ultra as having five rear cameras, including a 50 MP 10x optical telephoto. The company says that module offers 10x true optical zoom and 20x optical-quality zoom; those are manufacturer claims, not independent test findings. The listed hardware makes the X9 Ultra the more clearly documented option if native long-range optical reach is your priority.

The X10 Pro Max emphasizes matching high resolution
Cinco Días / Smartlife reports three 200 MP rear cameras on the X10 Pro Max. By comparison, the X9 Ultra pairs 200 MP wide and telephoto modules with a 50 MP ultra-wide and 50 MP 10x ultra-telephoto. More megapixels do not, by themselves, establish better photos: sensor characteristics, lenses, processing, and testing all matter. The available information does not support a photo-quality winner.

The report attributes 8K Log recording across the X10 Pro Max’s three rear cameras and 4K at 120 fps Dolby Vision recording across focal lengths to the phone. Treat these as reported specifications, not verified performance. The available information does not provide a matched video comparison with the X9 Ultra.

How do the displays, processors, and battery compare?
OPPO’s Singapore specification page gives the X9 Ultra a 6.82-inch QHD+ panel with adaptive refresh from 1 to 120 Hz and up to 144 Hz in some game scenarios. The X10 Pro Max is reported to use a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED display. The small stated difference in diagonal does not settle which screen is sharper or brighter, because the report does not provide a directly comparable resolution or brightness figure.
OPPO lists a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in the X9 Ultra, while the X10 report names a MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro. Without matched benchmarks, those model names alone do not establish which phone performs better in everyday use, gaming, or sustained workloads. The X10 report also names ColorOS 17; no directly comparable software-version detail is established for the X9 Ultra in the cited specifications.

For the X9 Ultra, OPPO Singapore publishes a typical battery capacity of 7,050 mAh and a rated capacity of 6,890 mAh, plus up to 100 W wired and 50 W wireless charging. The cited X10 report does not give comparable battery or charging figures, so an advantage for either phone cannot be determined on those measures.

The report’s euro conversions are estimates, not local retail prices. It said OPPO had not given a European arrival date as of 23 September 2026. The title does not specify a country, and the available evidence does not establish current X10 Pro Max pricing or availability outside China. Nor does it establish a comparable X9 Ultra price for the same market and configuration; a precise price difference would therefore be misleading.
Check OPPO or an authorized retailer in your country for current availability, storage configuration, and price before comparing totals. A 91mobiles comparison page is not a sound basis for resolving X10 availability or price: it reportedly labels the phone “Upcoming” while also displaying purported specifications. Which one should you choose?
- Favor the Find X9 Ultra if a dedicated, manufacturer-specified 10x optical camera and published battery and charging details are the deciding factors.
- Consider the Find X10 Pro Max if its reported triple-200 MP camera arrangement, chipset, or video modes match your priorities, and you can confirm official specifications, local release, and local pricing before buying.
- Wait for matched reviews if your decision depends on image quality, video quality, screen performance, or processor speed. The specifications and report cited here are not hands-on or benchmark comparisons.
OPPO’s global announcement is dated 22 March 2026. Its statement that the X9 Ultra represents “the biggest breakthrough in OPPO imaging history” is the company’s own launch claim, not an independent assessment. [OPPO announcement]
