Which phone has the better cameras?
Choose the Reno16c for more rear-camera options
Its camera set is more versatile on paper: a stabilized 50MP main camera, a stabilized 50MP telephoto with 3.5× optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide. That gives it dedicated hardware for zoom and wider scenes that the F33 Pro’s listed 50MP wide and 2MP monochrome rear cameras do not provide.
Choose the F33 Pro if group selfies are the priority
Both phones list a 50MP front camera with autofocus and a 100° field of view. OPPO describes the F33 Pro’s AI Groupfie Expert as automatically widening to 0.6× when more than two faces enter the frame. The launch release also claims the camera captures approximately 30% more area at a one-metre distance than the previous generation. These are OPPO’s feature description and claim, not independent measurements.

Performance, battery and display
The Reno16c uses a MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy; the F33 Pro uses a Dimensity 6360 MAX. Chip names alone are not enough to establish which phone performs better in everyday use or demanding tasks. The reviewed manufacturer information contains no independent benchmark comparison.

- Pick the F33 Pro if the lower cited entry price, group-selfie features or OPPO’s stated durability ratings are more important to you. The IP and MIL-STD claims are manufacturer-stated, not independent durability-test findings.
- Pick the Reno16c if you specifically want a dedicated telephoto camera with 3.5× optical zoom, a stabilized 50MP main camera and an ultra-wide camera.
- Do not decide on the processor name alone: the available sources do not establish a real-world performance winner.
- Look elsewhere in your decision if display size and resolution, typical battery capacity, 80W charging or storage-card support are your main criteria; these are shared in the listed specifications.
Before ordering, confirm the regional model number—CPH2835 for the F33 Pro or CPH2859 for the Reno16c—and verify the exact memory configuration, seller and current price. OPPO cautions that Reno-series specifications and pricing can vary by country.
