Which phone has the better display?
The vivo T5 5G has the larger and higher-resolution listed screen: 6.83 inches at 2800 × 1260, compared with the F33’s 6.57-inch FHD+ (2372 × 1080) panel. That gives the T5 the clearer specification advantage if you want more screen area and resolution. OPPO lists adaptive refresh rates of 60Hz, 90Hz and 120Hz for the F33; the supplied specifications do not state a comparable refresh-rate range for the T5.

The T5’s listed rear setup adds two features absent from the F33’s listed configuration: OIS on its 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera and an 8MP ultrawide camera. OPPO lists a 50MP main camera and a 2MP monochrome camera for the F33. The T5 also has a higher-resolution front-camera specification, 32MP versus 16MP.

These megapixel counts and camera features do not establish which phone takes better photos or selfies. That would require comparable testing; no controlled head-to-head camera results are established here.
Which has the larger battery, and which charges faster?
The listed capacities are close: vivo specifies 7,050mAh for the T5, while OPPO gives the F33 a typical capacity of 7,000mAh and a rated capacity of 6,830mAh. The capacity figures alone do not show which phone lasts longer in everyday use.

OPPO lists up to 80W SUPERVOOC charging for the F33, compared with vivo’s 44W FlashCharge for the T5. On rated charging wattage, the F33 is higher. This is not a measured charging-time comparison; actual time depends on factors such as the charger, temperature and use during charging.

What is the price difference in India?
For the closest matching configuration, compare both phones’ 6GB/128GB versions. OPPO’s official launch announcement on 15 April 2026 set the F33 5G 6GB/128GB launch price at ₹31,999. The vivo India E-Store page reviewed showed ₹34,999 for the selected T5 5G 6GB/128GB variant, alongside a displayed MRP of ₹49,999. The difference between those two displayed prices is ₹3,000, but it is not a reliable current-price gap: one is OPPO’s launch price and the other is a vivo store-page listing, and promotions may change.

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the vivo T5 5G if the larger, sharper listed display, OIS-equipped main camera and ultrawide rear camera matter most to you.
- Choose the OPPO F33 5G if you prefer its lighter listed weight or put greater value on its higher listed charging wattage.
- For price, use current like-for-like listings rather than treating the launch price of one phone and the store-page price of the other as a same-day comparison.
Neither phone can be called the tested overall winner from these specifications alone. The chipset names identify different hardware, but without comparable performance tests they do not establish which phone is faster in real use. Likewise, listed protection ratings should not be treated as equivalent without matching test standards and conditions.
Configurations and availability
OPPO lists the F33 5G in 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB configurations. vivo lists the T5 5G in 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB configurations. Both manufacturers list two colours; confirm that your preferred colour and memory configuration are in stock before ordering.
