In India, the OPPO F33 Pro 5G launched ₹8,000 above the F31 Pro+ 5G for the same 8GB+256GB configuration. The F33 Pro’s standout hardware change is a 50MP autofocus selfie camera with a wider 100° view; the F31 Pro+ has a larger 6.8-inch display and lists optical image stabilisation (OIS) on its main rear camera. Both list a 7,000mAh battery and 80W SUPERVOOC charging. The price gap is based on launch prices, not a verified current retail comparison.
India launch prices: compare the same storage variant
OPPO India announced the F31 Pro+ on September 15, 2025, and the F33 Pro on April 15, 2026. Their launch prices differ by configuration:

Which phone suits your priorities?
Choose the F31 Pro+ if the larger screen and rear-camera features matter more
- Its listed 6.8-inch display is larger than the F33 Pro’s 6.57-inch panel, and its listed typical HBM brightness is higher.
- OPPO lists two-axis OIS for the F31 Pro+ main rear camera and rear video capture up to 4K. The F33 Pro’s detailed specification lists 1080p video and does not list OIS.
- Check the finish when considering weight: OPPO lists the F31 Pro+ at about 195g or 204g depending on colour.
Choose the F33 Pro if selfie framing and the newer listed software version appeal
- Its 50MP, autofocus front camera has a listed 100° field of view, compared with 32MP and 82° on the F31 Pro+. That wider view may help fit more people into a group selfie, but megapixels and field of view do not prove which camera takes better photos.
- OPPO lists ColorOS 16 for the F33 Pro and ColorOS 15 for the F31 Pro+. Those versions alone do not establish how long either phone will receive updates.
- Its listed IP69K rating differs from the F31 Pro+’s IP69 rating. A rating is not a reason to deliberately expose a phone to water; follow the device’s instructions and warranty terms.
Battery, charging and durability claims
Both phones have a listed typical battery capacity of 7,000mAh and support up to 80W SUPERVOOC charging. OPPO’s April 2026 F33 announcement claims about 69 minutes for a 0–100% charge under its stated conditions; this is a manufacturer estimate, not an independent test. The F31 Pro+ specification also lists third-party charging compatibility, including PPS, PD, QC and UFCS at stated rates. Check the exact device specification and adapter before relying on a non-SUPERVOOC charger.
OPPO’s F33 announcement also claims 1,800-cycle battery durability. Treat that as a manufacturer claim, not a result from an independent comparative test. OPPO lists IP66/IP68/IP69 for the F31 Pro+ and IP66/IP68/IP69K for the F33 Pro; the F33 announcement describes high-pressure water resistance and hot-water testing claims. These ratings do not guarantee protection in every situation or override warranty conditions.

What the specifications cannot settle
The listed processors do not by themselves show which phone performs faster in games or everyday apps. Likewise, camera resolution, battery capacity and charging wattage are not substitutes for comparative camera, endurance or charging tests. No independent head-to-head benchmark, camera test, battery test or durability test is established here, so there is no evidence-based overall performance winner.
