OPPO’s global ColorOS 17 rollout begins in October 2026, with scheduled devices from the Find, Reno, K, F and Pad lines receiving the update in stages through Q1 2027. OPPO’s month-by-month schedule is approximate, not a guaranteed date for every phone: timing can vary by model, country, carrier and rollout progress. Moneycontrol identifies ColorOS 17 as based on Android 17; OPPO’s global announcement calls it its latest mobile operating system without specifying the Android base version.
What OPPO announced
On October 13, 2026, OPPO announced ColorOS 17 globally. The company says the software will debut on the upcoming Find X10 Series before rolling out progressively to other OPPO devices worldwide. Its official schedule groups devices by month rather than providing a day-by-day release sequence. OPPO’s ColorOS 17 page describes the schedule as approximate and subject to change as development progresses.

A phone’s appearance in a month’s group therefore indicates a planned window, not a promise that the update will be available everywhere during that month.

How to check for the update
- Open Settings on your OPPO phone.
- Tap About device.
- Select the ColorOS version or software-update option and check for an update.
If your phone is on the schedule but the update does not appear, that does not by itself mean the device is ineligible. Delivery is staged, and availability can depend on your country, carrier and specific model. Check OPPO’s official update channels for local status rather than relying on another region’s rollout date.
