The realme P4R 5G has the larger listed battery and higher refresh-rate screen; the OPPO A6x may be a 4G phone or a separate 5G model, depending on which device you mean. That variant distinction matters: OPPO’s India pages list different specifications for the A6x and A6x 5G, so check the model name and configuration before comparing prices or buying.
Check which OPPO A6x you are comparing
OPPO India publishes separate product pages for the A6x and A6x 5G. The A6x specifications page identifies model CPH2819, lists a Snapdragon 685 processor and 4G network bands, and shows a 4GB + 64GB configuration. The separate A6x 5G page lists 45W SUPERVOOC charging. Do not assume that the 5G model shares every specification shown for CPH2819, or that CPH2819 is a 5G phone.

Where the P4R 5G has the clearest spec advantage
Battery capacity
realme lists an 8,000mAh battery for the P4R 5G. OPPO lists 6,500mAh for the A6x models, with the CPH2819 page also giving a 6,335mAh rated capacity. That makes the realme’s listed capacity higher on paper, but it does not establish how many hours either phone will last in everyday use. Runtime depends on usage and conditions, and the available product specifications are not a controlled head-to-head battery test.
Display refresh rate
The P4R 5G’s listed 144Hz refresh rate is higher than the 120Hz stated for the A6x pages. Both are listed as LCD displays in the available specifications. A higher maximum refresh rate can allow supported content and interface animations to refresh more often, but the figure alone does not establish overall display quality or how often the phone uses that rate.

Camera resolution
91mobiles lists a 50MP rear and 8MP front camera for the P4R 5G, versus 13MP rear and 5MP front for the A6x; OPPO’s CPH2819 page confirms its 13MP and 5MP figures. These are resolution figures, not a reliable ranking of photo quality. The available sources do not establish independent image comparisons between the exact models.
Network, software and manufacturer claims
5G availability
The realme P4R is identified as a 5G phone. The OPPO model represented by CPH2819 is specified with 4G bands, while OPPO sells a separate A6x 5G. If 5G matters, verify that the listing names A6x 5G rather than simply A6x, then confirm the precise model and supported bands for your needs.
Software and fluency statements
OPPO lists ColorOS 15.0 for CPH2819. Its A6x 5G page describes “48-month fluency protection” for variants with 128GB or higher ROM and says the claim comes from lab testing; OPPO cautions that it does not guarantee zero lag. realme lists realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16 for the P4R 5G. These details do not establish how long either phone will receive software or security updates; no matching support-duration commitment is established here.

realme also labels its benchmark, battery-health and endurance figures as lab results that may vary. They should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes for every user.

91mobiles’ comparison page showed Amazon listing prices of ₹19,999 for the OPPO A6x and ₹20,199 for the realme P4R 5G—a ₹200 difference in that captured snapshot, with the realme listing higher. It is not a guarantee of today’s price, and the comparison does not by itself confirm that the OPPO listing matched a particular 5G variant or equivalent RAM and storage.
Separately, realme’s newsroom described the P4R 5G as launching from INR 16,999. That is a historical starting launch price, not a current offer or a like-for-like comparison with the snapshot above. See the 91mobiles comparison page and realme’s launch announcement.

Which phone should you choose?
Choose based on the OPPO model you actually want
If you are considering the CPH2819 A6x, treat it as the 4G configuration described on OPPO’s specifications page. If you specifically want an OPPO with 5G or 45W charging, compare against the separately listed A6x 5G and check its exact RAM and storage variant before paying.
When the P4R 5G looks stronger on paper
The P4R 5G is the clearer specifications choice if your priorities are the largest listed battery, a 144Hz screen, or 5G without having to distinguish between two A6x product pages. Its headline camera resolutions are also higher, but they do not prove better photos.
Quick Recap
Compare the exact listings before deciding
- Confirm whether the OPPO is A6x CPH2819 or A6x 5G, and verify network support on the seller’s listing.
- Match RAM and storage as closely as possible; the cited comparison prices do not guarantee equivalent configurations.
- Compare the same-day price, seller and return terms for those exact configurations. Prices can change after a comparison snapshot.
- Use independent camera or battery testing if real-world image quality or runtime is decisive; the listed specifications do not settle either question.
