On the published India specifications, the OPPO K14 5G has the larger stated battery and higher listed dust-and-water protection ratings; both phones use a MediaTek Dimensity 6300, 120Hz displays and 45W SUPERVOOC charging. Their March 2026 launch prices differed by configuration: the K14 started ₹1,000 lower, but its base model has 6GB RAM versus 4GB in the A6s base model. These are historical launch prices, not verified current offers.

Battery and charging: K14 has the higher stated capacity
The K14 launch announcement lists 7,000mAh, compared with the A6s India product page’s 6,500mAh typical capacity (6,335mAh rated). Both are listed with 45W SUPERVOOC charging. Battery capacity alone cannot predict how long either phone will last in a particular person’s use.
OPPO quotes up to 738.8 hours of standby and up to 18.9 hours of YouTube playback for the K14 in its launch announcement. For the A6s, OPPO’s India product page quotes up to 882.1 hours standby and 22.4 hours online video. These are manufacturer-reported figures under company test conditions, not a controlled head-to-head result or a guarantee of everyday runtime. OPPO says actual A6s results vary with environment and usage habits.

Display, cameras and durability
Display
Both India-market listings describe 120Hz displays around 6.75 inches and an HBM brightness claim of up to 1,125 nits. The headline figures suggest similar size and refresh rate, but do not establish equivalence in color, outdoor readability or overall panel quality.
Camera hardware
Both phones have a 50MP + 2MP rear-camera configuration in OPPO’s launch materials. The listed front camera is 5MP on the A6s and 8MP on the K14. Resolution numbers alone do not show image quality, especially across different lighting and processing; there are no comparative sample images or test results established here.

Dust and water protection
OPPO lists IP64 for the A6s, while its K14 announcement lists IP66, IP68 and IP69, alongside SGS 5-Star and MIL-STD-810H certifications. These ratings and certifications are not a promise that a phone is immune to damage. OPPO’s A6s India page says liquid or dust damage is not covered under warranty under its stated terms; do not treat either device as waterproof.
Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the K14 5G if its higher listed battery capacity, broader set of RAM/storage configurations or stated protection ratings matter most. At launch, its 6GB/128GB version was ₹3,000 cheaper than the A6s 6GB/128GB version.
- Consider the A6s 5G if you specifically want its 4GB/128GB entry configuration or find it at a better verified current price. Its India launch announcement also named Amazon as a sales channel, but that does not establish present stock or pricing.
- Compare current listings by exact configuration rather than relying on the lowest advertised starting price: the A6s starts with 4GB RAM, while the K14 starts with 6GB RAM.
Both phones specify the same chipset and charging wattage. The available official specifications do not establish a performance, photo-quality or independently tested battery-life winner.

Check the A6s region before comparing
“OPPO A6s 5G” is not a single globally consistent specification set. OPPO Global’s A6s 5G page for model CPH2789 describes a different configuration, including a 7,000mAh typical battery, up to 80W charging and a 16MP front camera. Those are not the India-market A6s specifications used in this comparison.
