The vivo X300 FE is the more capable-looking option on paper for performance and rear-camera flexibility, while the OPPO A6 Pro may suit buyers who prioritize battery capacity or a larger screen—depending on the exact regional model. They are not straightforward price-tier rivals: the available India price evidence is not a current, like-for-like comparison, and OPPO sells materially different A6 Pro 5G variants by market.
Check which OPPO A6 Pro you are comparing
The name “OPPO A6 Pro 5G” covers different regional specifications. OPPO Global lists model CPH2781 with a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. OPPO India lists CPH2827 with a 17.15cm HD+ LCD display. Both listings specify a Dimensity 6300 processor and 7000mAh typical battery, but those display differences are substantial. Check the model number on the listing or device before comparing specifications, and verify local network-band support.

For the comparison below, the OPPO column uses the Global CPH2781 model. It should not be treated as a specification sheet for the India CPH2827. OPPO Global’s A6 Pro 5G specifications and OPPO India’s A6 Pro 5G specifications identify the regional models.
How the listed specifications compare
| Specification | OPPO A6 Pro 5G (Global CPH2781) | vivo X300 FE (India listing) |

| Rear cameras | 50MP wide AF and 2MP monochrome | 50MP main with OIS, 50MP telephoto with OIS, and 8MP wide-angle |
| Front camera | 16MP | 50MP AF |
| Typical battery capacity | 7000mAh | 6500mAh |
| Wired charging maximum | Up to 80W SUPERVOOC | 90W FlashCharge |
| Software listed by manufacturer | ColorOS 15.0 | OriginOS 6 |
| Listed memory and storage variants | 6GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB | 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB |
These are manufacturer-listed specifications, not independent test results. In particular, the battery capacities and charging wattages do not establish real-world battery life or a full-charge time. vivo says its maximum charging rate depends on use and requires the original charger and cable. OPPO says its listed specifications are for reference and may change. See vivo India’s X300 FE specifications.

Which phone makes more sense for your priorities?
Choose by display size and regional version
The vivo India listing has the smaller display at 6.31 inches. Global OPPO CPH2781 is larger at 6.57 inches and lists FHD+ AMOLED with a refresh rate up to 120Hz. If buying the India OPPO CPH2827, however, its official listing specifies an HD+ LCD panel at 1570 × 720 and 17.15cm diagonal—not the Global model’s AMOLED display. The India listing also gives a weight of about 216g, compared with about 185g for Global CPH2781, so don’t assume that one A6 Pro specification applies everywhere.
Consider the processor as a class difference, not a speed test
The vivo X300 FE’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and the OPPO’s Dimensity 6300 are very different processor listings on paper. That makes the vivo the stronger-looking choice if processor tier is central to your decision, but the available evidence does not include comparable benchmarks or hands-on testing. It cannot establish how much faster one feels in a particular game or app.
Rank #2

Compare camera hardware, not image results
vivo lists three rear camera modules on the X300 FE: a main camera, an OIS-equipped telephoto camera, and a wide-angle camera. The Global OPPO A6 Pro listing gives a 50MP main camera and 2MP monochrome camera. That gives the vivo more dedicated focal-length options according to the specifications, but megapixels and module counts do not prove which phone takes better photos; no comparative photo test is established here.

Balance battery capacity against charging rate
OPPO Global lists a 7000mAh typical battery and up to 80W SUPERVOOC; vivo India lists a 6500mAh typical battery and 90W FlashCharge. OPPO has the higher stated capacity, while vivo has the higher stated maximum wired charging wattage. Neither comparison alone settles runtime or charging time, which depend on real-world conditions and, for vivo’s stated maximum, the original charger and cable.

What the available India prices do—and do not—show
When accessed in 2026, vivo’s India online store displayed ₹94,999 for the selected X300 FE 12GB+256GB configuration. The store also listed 8GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB versions. This is a point-in-time retail display, not a guaranteed current price; check the vivo India store listing before buying.
A comparison result displayed ₹26,999 for the OPPO A6 Pro and ₹86,999 for the vivo X300 FE, but it does not establish current availability, matching storage configurations, seller terms, or warranty. It is not a reliable basis for stating a definitive price difference. The available figures do not provide a current, like-for-like price pair for the two phones in one market. The comparison listing can be treated only as an indicative price lead.

How to make a fair buying comparison
- Confirm the exact model. Match the OPPO model number—CPH2781 or CPH2827—to the official regional specifications, and check the X300 FE’s regional listing.
- Check compatibility and warranty. Confirm network bands for your carrier and country, and establish whether the seller provides local warranty coverage.
- Match configurations. Compare the same RAM and storage tier where possible; a price gap between different configurations is not an apples-to-apples result.
- Compare current local checkout prices. Use the same country and currency, and note the seller and any conditions attached to the price.
- Choose based on the feature you will use. Weigh screen size and type, processor tier, camera modules, battery capacity, and charging support rather than choosing on a single headline number.
