Firefox does not make downloading OnlyFans videos authorized. ULTIMA Agency’s fan guidance says copying or downloading content breaches OnlyFans’ terms, attributing that position to the platform’s Community Guidelines. Because the official terms were not available for direct verification here, treat that as secondary guidance—not a direct quotation from OnlyFans. If you need a copy, ask the creator or OnlyFans support about an authorized option rather than using a downloader extension.
Why Firefox is not a workaround
Firefox supports Google Widevine, a digital-rights-management component used to play some protected audio and video. Mozilla explains that DRM can enforce a service’s requirements and restrict what users can do in the browser; disabling DRM may prevent sites that rely on it from working properly. Playback support is not permission to save or retain a video.

Mozilla’s Firefox Terms of Use also state: “You agree that you will not use Firefox to infringe anyone’s rights or violate any applicable laws or regulations.” That is Mozilla’s rule for using its browser, separate from OnlyFans’ platform policies.
What Firefox downloader listings disclose
Extensions may appear in searches for this task, but a Mozilla Add-ons listing does not establish that downloading complies with OnlyFans’ terms. The information below is what the listings disclose; it is not an independent assessment of security, privacy, performance, or policy compliance.

| Listing | Disclosures on the listing | What those disclosures do not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Onlyfans Video Download | The listing describes bulk image and video downloads from active subscriptions, labels the Firefox release a preview that may contain bugs, and declares access to OnlyFans site data plus collection of authentication information, personally identifying information, and website activity. | The developer’s statements do not establish that use is permitted by OnlyFans or independently verify the extension’s privacy or security. |
| Fans Downloader | The listing advertises downloads from OnlyFans and Fansly. It says users must already follow or subscribe, that it does not bypass paywalls, and that DRM-protected videos cannot be downloaded. It lists permission to download files and access OnlyFans site data, and says the tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fenix International Limited. | These are claims in the listing, not independent validation, an endorsement, or confirmation that downloading is allowed under platform terms. |
The first listing’s declared collection of authentication information and other data is a particular reason to be cautious. Do not provide login credentials to a third-party downloader, and review permissions and data disclosures before installing any extension.
How to request a copy instead
- Contact the creator and ask whether they can provide an authorized copy or another permitted way to access the video.
- If you need help with an account or content access, contact OnlyFans support and ask what options are available for that content.
- Use only a method the creator or platform authorizes. Do not try to defeat DRM or access controls to create a copy.
What is established about the platform policy
ULTIMA Agency’s fan guidance says copying or downloading OnlyFans content breaches the platform’s terms and attributes this to OnlyFans Community Guidelines. The page links to OnlyFans terms, but those official pages were not accessible for direct verification. Accordingly, this article attributes the policy explanation to ULTIMA rather than presenting it as verified official wording. Check the current terms and guidance directly with OnlyFans if you need a definitive answer about a particular use.
