For a multi-day, continuous YouTube stream, OneStream Live is the stronger documented fit: its dedicated 24/7 mode supports schedules of up to 30 days, though its current help article says the feature requires Enterprise. For repeating one pre-recorded video in a bounded event, OneStream documents up to 60 loops; Restream documents up to 10 loops and a 40-hour event limit. Restream also says playlists do not currently loop. India-based buyers should confirm plan eligibility and the final checkout amount before paying: the published prices below are USD figures, and the cited sources do not establish India-specific totals or payment options.
OneStream Live vs Restream: the practical difference
Both services let you schedule pre-recorded video to YouTube. Their documented looping workflows differ: OneStream offers both a repeat-video option and a separate YouTube-only 24/7 mode, while Restream’s documented loop is a bounded pre-recorded event. These are vendor-published feature limits, not independent performance tests.

| Repeat one video | Up to 60 loops, according to its loop guide. | Up to 10 loops in one event; the event is limited to 40 hours. Restream’s loop guide |
| Keep a YouTube stream running for multiple days | Dedicated 24/7 mode, YouTube only, with schedules up to 30 days. The current help article says Enterprise is required. OneStream’s 24/7 guide | The cited loop feature has a 40-hour event maximum. The documentation cited here does not establish an equivalent indefinite 24/7 feature. |
| Loop a playlist | Supports sequential playlists and separately documents 24/7 streaming from a playlist; confirm the desired playlist behavior in your account. Its ordinary loop guide describes looping an uploaded video. | Playlist looping is not currently supported. Duplicating items in a playlist can provide bounded replay, but does not establish continuous 24/7 support. Restream’s loop guide |
Which service fits your YouTube stream?
For a continuous, multi-day stream
OneStream Live has the clearest documented fit of these two for multi-day 24/7 YouTube streaming: its dedicated mode can be scheduled for up to 30 days. The qualification matters: OneStream’s current 24/7 help article says Enterprise is required, while its pricing page separately lists a 24-hour YouTube stream add-on. Those published materials do not clearly resolve whether the add-on is available at every paid tier. Confirm the eligible plan and purchase route with OneStream before committing.

Either service may fit if your intended event stays within its published limits. OneStream’s ordinary video-loop guide allows up to 60 repetitions. Restream’s pre-recorded-event documentation allows up to 10 repetitions, with a maximum event length of 40 hours. Choose based on the required repeat count and total duration, not just the word “loop.”

For a playlist
OneStream documents playlist use in its separate 24/7 workflow and supports sequential playlists, but its ordinary loop instructions are for uploaded video; verify the exact behavior you need in the account. Restream says playlists do not currently loop. Duplicating playlist entries is a workaround for bounded replay only.
If you need more than YouTube
OneStream’s dedicated 24/7 feature is documented as YouTube-only. Restream supports pre-recorded events with multiple destinations, but the sources cited here do not establish that its bounded loop feature can replace a multi-day continuous YouTube stream. Check the destination and duration requirements for your exact workflow.

Check YouTube readiness and archive expectations
Before scheduling either service, make sure live streaming is enabled for the YouTube channel. Restream’s YouTube help page says first-time activation may require phone verification followed by a 24-hour wait. It also says YouTube archives only streams shorter than 12 hours. If the planned broadcast runs longer, decide how you want the live broadcast and any replay handled rather than assuming YouTube will produce one complete replayable video. Restream’s YouTube guide
Use content you have the rights to stream, including music, visuals and any third-party footage. A service’s ability to replay a file does not grant permission to broadcast it; review YouTube’s applicable copyright and channel policies before going live.
