Which phone has the better display?
On the listed specifications, the Nord 5 offers the larger panel, higher resolution and faster refresh rate: 6.83 inches, 1272 × 2800 and 144 Hz versus the A37’s 6.7-inch FHD+ panel at up to 120 Hz. That makes the Nord 5 the stronger on-paper pick if screen size, sharpness or smooth scrolling is your priority. Samsung identifies the A37 panel as Super AMOLED; the spec figures alone do not establish which screen looks better in person.

Those results point toward the Nord 5 as the more performance-oriented choice, but benchmark scores depend on the test and conditions; they do not guarantee a particular frame rate or gaming experience. For a purchase based mainly on gaming, look for comparable game tests on the exact regional models you are considering.

What is the price difference in India?
The available India figures are listing snapshots, not a like-for-like current-price comparison. The 91mobiles comparison page, accessed in October 2026, listed the Nord 5 at ₹45,000 on Flipkart and the Galaxy A37 at ₹38,999 on Amazon—a difference of ₹6,001 between those listed prices. The same page listed the A37 at ₹41,999 on Samsung Shop, which changes the gap. OnePlus India separately advertised the Nord 5 from ₹33,999 on its product page accessed in 2026.
These amounts may reflect different storage configurations, promotions or listing update times. Check the price and configuration at the seller before buying; the listed difference is not a guaranteed saving or a universal price gap.

Does the Galaxy A37 have better water resistance?
Samsung India describes the Galaxy A37 as IP68-rated and lists Gorilla Glass Victus+. An equivalent Nord 5 IP rating was not verified in the captured official product information, so the available evidence supports a documented durability advantage for the A37—but does not establish that the Nord 5 has no protection. Do the camera specifications make one a better camera phone?
