That makes ₹4,000 the maximum combined saving. It isn’t a flat cut for every buyer. The sale is scheduled to start on October 8, 2026.

The ₹4,000 is a sum of two parts: a ₹1,000 price reduction for everyone, plus a bank discount that depends on your card. Without an eligible card, the reported price is ₹84,999. With a card that earns a smaller discount, it falls somewhere between the two figures.
When the sale starts and where it runs
OnePlus India’s official Diwali 2026 page says the sale begins October 8. FoneArena reports a 12:00 AM IST start. It lists these channels:

The Times of India’s report also gives ₹81,999 as the OnePlus 15’s starting effective price. It adds that the sale includes bank offers, no-cost EMI and bundled accessories. The sale’s end date hasn’t been confirmed on the official page.
Which cards qualify
Eligibility varies by channel. Beebom says the Amazon discounts apply to eligible SBI credit and debit cards. For Flipkart, it names ICICI and Axis cards. OnePlus’s Diwali page mentions selected-bank card savings but doesn’t list every eligible card in the material we reviewed. Check the offer details on the product page for the channel you’re buying from.
OnePlus’s official OnePlus 15 product page has also shown up to ₹3,000 instant discount and up to six months of no-cost EMI on selected bank credit cards. That is product-page information that can change. It doesn’t spell out the Diwali-specific terms.
How to compare before you pay
- Check the configuration. The reported offer applies to 12GB + 256GB. Other variants may be priced differently.
- Compare the listed price and the card price. Don’t set the ₹81,999 figure against the regular price without knowing which card it requires.
- Match the card to the channel. A card that earns the full discount on Amazon may not earn it on Flipkart or OnePlus.in.
- Look at EMI terms. No-cost EMI is usually tied to specific bank credit cards, so confirm the tenure and issuer.
- Check the extras. OnePlus’s Diwali page lists a ₹99 Una Collection add-on with a phone purchase and up to 30% off selected protection plans. Neither is specific to the OnePlus 15.
- Confirm stock and the final checkout total. Prices and inventory can shift during a live sale.

OnePlus’s official campaign page confirms the October 8 start and the general offer types. The model-level OnePlus 15 breakdown comes from FoneArena and Beebom, not from that page. The full list of eligible cards and the sale end date weren’t confirmed there. If the checkout price differs from the figures above, trust the checkout.

Treat ₹84,999 as the baseline sale price and ₹81,999 as the best case. It’s worth waiting for the October 8 launch only if you hold a card the chosen channel accepts.
