The vivo S2 5G offers a curved 120 Hz screen, manufacturer-listed IP68/IP69 protection and a lower price in one India-store listing. A reliable price difference cannot be stated from the available listings: they show different prices and storage configurations, and an official OnePlus India price was not established.

Which phone fits your priorities?
Choose the OnePlus 15R on paper for refresh rate and charging
91mobiles lists a 165 Hz display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and 80 W wired charging for the OnePlus 15R. Those specifications make it the apparent choice if those features top your list. This is a comparison of listed hardware, not a claim based on matched benchmarks or hands-on testing.

Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Consider the vivo S2 5G for a curved screen and rated protection
vivo describes the S2’s 6.83-inch screen as curved and 1.5K, with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It also advertises IP68 and IP69 protection, with a caveat that resistance is not permanent and depends on test conditions. The sources reviewed do not establish an equivalent OnePlus rating, so that absence should not be read as proof that the OnePlus lacks protection.

Performance: listed chips are not a benchmark result
91mobiles lists the OnePlus 15R with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, while vivo specifies a 4 nm MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo for the S2. This points to a paper-spec distinction, but the available sources do not provide a matched, independent benchmark for the two phones. vivo separately reports a 970,000 AnTuTu score from its labs for the S2 8GB+256GB edition using AnTuTu Benchmark V11; vivo says results vary by configuration and test conditions. That vendor result should not be treated as a direct comparison with the OnePlus.
Displays and cameras: compare features, not image quality claims
Both phones are listed with 6.83-inch screens, but the OnePlus is listed at 165 Hz and the vivo at 120 Hz. vivo identifies its panel as curved and 1.5K; its store gives a resolution of 2800 × 1260. The OnePlus resolution listed by 91mobiles is 1272 × 2800. These specifications describe different characteristics; they do not establish which screen looks better in use.

The rear-camera layouts differ: 91mobiles lists a 50 MP main camera plus an 8 MP ultrawide for OnePlus, while vivo’s store lists a 50 MP main camera and 2 MP secondary camera for the S2. The OnePlus listing therefore specifies an ultrawide camera absent from the vivo listing. vivo’s product page calls its main sensor Sony. Both phones are listed with 32 MP front cameras. Megapixel counts and camera configuration alone do not establish comparative photo or video quality.
Battery capacity and charging
91mobiles lists the OnePlus 15R at 7400 mAh and 80 W wired charging. vivo’s store lists a typical 7050 mAh capacity and 44 W fast charging for the S2. The capacities are close on paper, while the listed wired charging rate is higher for OnePlus. No matched independent endurance test for both phones was established, so these figures cannot tell you which lasts longer in everyday use.

Price difference: the available listings are not like-for-like
As accessed in 2026, vivo India’s E-Store listed the S2 8GB+128GB at ₹42,999. 91mobiles listed the OnePlus 15R with 256 GB at ₹59,999 and the vivo S2 at ₹39,990. The 91mobiles vivo figure conflicts with the manufacturer’s store listing, and the OnePlus listing is for a different stated storage capacity. These snapshots are not guaranteed checkout prices.
Because an official OnePlus India price and matching RAM/storage configurations were not established, calculating a definitive saving or price gap would be misleading. Before buying, compare the same capacity where available, then check seller, current checkout price, discount conditions, and any exchange or financing exclusions.
