The OnePlus 13s is the smaller, lighter option; the vivo X200T offers a larger display, higher stated battery capacity, wireless charging, an extra rear camera and an explicit IP68/IP69 rating. A 2026 price snapshot listed the OnePlus at ₹54,999 and the vivo at ₹59,999—a ₹5,000 gap across different retailers, not a guaranteed current or like-for-like price.

Size and display: choose the form factor first
The 13s has a 6.32-inch display and weighs 185 g according to OnePlus. vivo lists the X200T at 6.67 inches, weighing 203 g in Seaside Lilac or 205 g in Stellar Black. That makes the OnePlus the more compact and lighter choice on the published figures; the vivo provides a larger viewing area.

Performance: different chips, no matched speed verdict
OnePlus specifies Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, while vivo specifies MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+. Both are flagship-class processors, but their names do not show how the phones compare during sustained gaming, heavy workloads or everyday use. No matched independent testing is established here, so a claim that one is faster would go beyond the evidence.
For storage, vivo officially lists 12 GB RAM configurations with either 256 GB or 512 GB. The comparison listing reports 12 GB RAM for the OnePlus, but the available evidence does not establish its storage options. Check the exact configuration and price at checkout before comparing value.
Battery and charging: vivo has more listed capacity and options
OnePlus lists a 5850 mAh battery and 80 W wired SUPERVOOC charging. vivo lists a 6200 mAh typical capacity (6060 mAh minimum), 90 W wired FlashCharge and 40 W wireless FlashCharge. The vivo therefore has the larger stated capacity and adds wireless charging; the wattage figures alone do not establish charging time, and capacity alone does not predict endurance. Screen size, software, signal conditions and workload affect how long a phone lasts.

The OnePlus has a 50 MP main camera and a 50 MP telephoto camera with 2× optical zoom. vivo lists three 50 MP ZEISS rear cameras: main, super-telephoto and ultra-wide. On the stated hardware, the X200T covers more rear-camera types, while the 13s specifies a 2× optical telephoto. That does not prove which phone takes better photos or video; comparable camera testing is not established.
Both are listed with 32 MP front cameras, though OnePlus specifically describes its camera as autofocus. Similar megapixel counts do not determine image processing, focus behavior or video quality.

Durability and software details to verify
vivo specifies IP68 and IP69 protection for the X200T. The retrieved OnePlus specifications do not establish an equivalent rating. An IP rating describes tested protection under defined conditions; it does not mean a device is impervious to all water or dust exposure, nor does it establish warranty coverage. Check the official regional terms for the conditions and exclusions that apply.
vivo’s product page lists Android 16 with OriginOS 6. 91mobiles reports Android 15 and four years of OS updates for the OnePlus, and five years of OS updates for the vivo. Because the update durations come from the comparison listing rather than the manufacturers’ policy pages cited here, confirm the current update commitment directly with OnePlus or vivo before purchase.

Price difference: ₹5,000 in a retailer snapshot
The 91mobiles comparison showed ₹54,999 for the OnePlus 13s at Amazon and ₹59,999 for the vivo X200T at Flipkart when retrieved in 2026. Subtracting the listed prices gives a ₹5,000 difference in favor of the OnePlus. This is a snapshot across different retailers, not a live quote or proof of a like-for-like deal. The storage configurations and bank, exchange or other offer conditions are not established by those figures.
- Check the live price and stock on each retailer’s listing.
- Compare the same RAM and storage tier where possible.
- Account for bank discounts, exchange offers and warranty terms before treating the gap as a real saving.
Which phone should you choose?
Choose the OnePlus 13s if
- A smaller, lighter handset is the priority: OnePlus lists 6.32 inches and 185 g.
- A 2× optical telephoto camera fits your needs.
- The listed ₹54,999 snapshot is relevant to your budget, after checking the current offer and configuration.
Choose the vivo X200T if
- You prefer a larger 6.67-inch screen.
- You want the listed three-camera rear arrangement with main, super-telephoto and ultra-wide cameras.
- Higher stated battery capacity, 40 W wireless charging or an explicit IP68/IP69 rating matters to you.
If performance, camera quality or all-day battery life is the deciding factor, these specifications are not enough to declare a winner: those questions require comparable testing under the same conditions.
