Neither is a universal winner: choose by the features you value, and compare prices only with the memory configurations in view.

What is the price difference?
The cited OnePlus India page lists an MRP of ₹42,999 for the 12GB/256GB OnePlus 13R and ₹49,999 for its 16GB/512GB version. The iQOO India store page shows ₹53,999 for the 8GB/256GB iQOO 15R. Those are different configurations, and the OnePlus figures are MRPs rather than guaranteed current selling prices, so they do not establish a like-for-like price gap or current savings.
For context, The Financial World reported a ₹40,999 net-effective starting price for the iQOO 15R in February 2026 launch coverage. That was launch-time pricing, not evidence of the current store offer. OnePlus announced the 13R in India on January 7, 2025. Which phone has better performance?
The iQOO 15R lists Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, while the OnePlus 13R lists Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. That makes the iQOO the newer listed platform, but chip names alone do not prove a real-world speed, gaming, temperature or sustained-performance advantage. The available sources do not provide a comparable independent benchmark test for these two phones, so there is no evidence-based benchmark winner to name here.
Which display is better?
The OnePlus 13R has the larger listed screen: 6.78 inches versus 6.59 inches on the iQOO 15R. OnePlus specifies an LTPO 4.1 panel with a dynamic 1–120Hz range. iQOO’s parameter page gives 130Hz for normal scenes, while launch coverage and a comparison page report 144Hz. Because those iQOO figures conflict, 144Hz should not be treated as settled without confirmation from the manufacturer.
On the documented specifications, the OnePlus is the straightforward pick if you want the larger screen and a stated adaptive refresh range. The iQOO’s refresh-rate ceiling remains unclear across the cited material.

The OnePlus 13R explicitly lists a 50MP 2× optical telephoto camera alongside its 50MP OIS main camera and 8MP ultrawide. That dedicated telephoto gives you a distinct optical option for tighter portrait or distant framing. The iQOO 15R lists a 50MP main and 8MP ultrawide, with no telephoto shown on its cited parameter page.
For selfies, iQOO lists a 32MP front camera compared with 16MP on OnePlus. Megapixel counts alone do not establish which phone produces better photos; the listed hardware identifies camera options, not comparative image quality.
Battery and charging: what the numbers do—and do not—tell you
iQOO lists a 7,600mAh battery and 100W charging; OnePlus lists 6,000mAh and 80W SUPERVOOC. On stated capacity and rated wired charging power, iQOO has the larger battery and higher charging rating. These specifications do not show actual screen-on time or guarantee a particular full-charge time. No comparable controlled battery or charging test is established by the cited sources.

Software and update support
The OnePlus specification page lists OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15; iQOO lists OriginOS 6. The cited specifications do not provide a direct official comparison of software-update support periods, so they do not establish which phone will receive updates for longer.
Which is better: OnePlus 13R or iQOO 15R?
- Choose the iQOO 15R if its listed Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 platform, 7,600mAh battery, 100W charging or 32MP front camera matter most to you. Confirm the live price and refresh-rate specification before purchase.
- Choose the OnePlus 13R if you prefer the larger LTPO display or want the explicitly listed 2× optical telephoto camera. Its cited India MRPs include a 12GB/256GB option, but compare a current selling price against the iQOO’s actual listing.
For either phone, verify the exact RAM/storage variant and current offer on the seller’s page. The listed specifications support a feature-based choice, not a blanket claim that one model is better in every respect.
