Which phone is better for performance and charging?
OnePlus 10T: a flagship-era chipset and faster-rated charging
The 10T pairs the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with 150W SUPERVOOC charging. OnePlus introduced the phone on August 3, 2022. Those specifications make it the clearer choice if your priorities are its named processor platform or the higher charging wattage.
Nord CE5: a newer named platform, but no direct benchmark comparison
The Nord CE5 uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 8350 Apex. OnePlus reports an AnTuTu score of 1,474,030 for the 12 GB Nord CE5 variant, measured by OnePlus Test Labs. That is a manufacturer lab result, not an independent, like-for-like comparison with the 10T, so it does not establish which phone performs better overall.

Charging wattage is also not a measured charge time. Actual charging speed can depend on conditions and the charger and cable used; the listed wattages alone do not show how quickly either phone charges in everyday use.
How do the displays and cameras compare?
Both phones have large 120 Hz AMOLED-family displays with Full HD+ resolution. The Nord CE5 panel is slightly larger at 6.77 inches; the 10T is 6.7 inches. The small difference in diagonal size does not, by itself, establish which screen looks better.

Battery capacity, charging, and software support
OnePlus lists a 7,100 mAh battery for the Nord CE5, compared with 4,800 mAh for the 10T. The Nord CE5 therefore has greater stated battery capacity, while the 10T has the higher rated charging wattage. Capacity and wattage alone cannot predict real-world battery life or charging time.
