The manufacturer rates it at 24 L/24 h at 30 °C dry-bulb and 27 °C wet-bulb, equivalent to 30 °C and 80% relative humidity. Olimpia Splendid also gives a separate U.L.U. condition of 32 °C dry-bulb and 23 °C wet-bulb. These are specified test conditions; the 24-litre figure should not be treated as the daily amount it will collect in a cooler or drier room.

The manufacturer’s room guidance is up to 100 m³. That is a volume, not a universal floor-area recommendation: actual suitability also depends on the room’s layout, moisture load, ventilation, temperature and target humidity. Treat the figure as a preliminary screening guide rather than a guarantee for a particular space.
Tank capacity and continuous drainage
The unit has a semi-transparent, removable 5 L tank with a handle, plus support for continuous condensate drainage. With tank-only operation, the container has a finite capacity and will need emptying as it fills. Continuous drainage could suit a location beside an appropriate drain, but the manufacturer catalogue does not establish that a drain hose or fitting is included. Confirm the required connection and hose availability before planning an unattended installation.

Airflow and filtration
The unit has three fan speeds and a motorized oscillating flap; its listed maximum airflow is 180 m³/h. The manufacturer describes its filters as dust/antidust, activated carbon and HEPA, with the HEPA filter effective on particles down to 0.3 microns. This specification is not evidence that the appliance provides medical-grade air cleaning or replaces a dedicated air purifier. Filter replacement part numbers, availability and cost are not established.

How noisy is it?
Olimpia Splendid’s January 2026 catalogue lists sound pressure at 38 dB(A). Power use and operating requirements
The January 2026 catalogue lists maximum absorption of 360 W under its stated capacity-test condition and 380 W under U.L.U. conditions. These are different specified conditions, not a measured average of household use. Actual energy cost depends on operating time and local electricity rates; calculate it using the relevant wattage and your tariff rather than assuming the unit runs continuously at its maximum rating.

- Whether a suitable drainage hose or fitting is included, and whether your chosen placement lets water drain appropriately.
- Whether the 100 m³ guidance makes sense for your room and moisture conditions; do not convert it directly into a universal square-metre limit.
