What the “best torch ever” headline means
The product is the Olight Marauder Mini, a rechargeable torch with separate floodlight and spotlight functions. “Best Torch Ever” is not an expert award: T3 said the phrase came from one Amazon review, without naming the reviewer. The 7,000-lumen figure is T3’s reported maximum for the floodlight, not a measure of every mode or a claim of independent testing.

The torch has a physical toggle for switching between floodlight and spotlight, plus a rotary dial to adjust brightness. T3 also notes red, green and blue LEDs. The two main beams suit different tasks: a floodlight illuminates a nearby area, while the spotlight concentrates light farther ahead.
Battery, charging and endurance
According to T3, the Marauder Mini uses a replaceable 6,500mAh rechargeable battery and magnetic charging. T3 gives a runtime of up to 43.5 hours on the lowest spotlight setting. That maximum is tied to the lowest setting, so it should not be read as runtime at high brightness or across all modes.

The price comparison is strongest for someone who already wants this particular torch: T3’s reported offer is £10 below its reported Black Friday price, and the product combines a high-output floodlight, a long-range spotlight, a replaceable battery and multiple controls. The article does not compare the Marauder Mini with competing torches, so it cannot establish that it is the best value across the market.
