Samsung calls the OIS feature “No Shake Cam” and explains that it “is a creative expression that signifies Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) feature that compensates for hand tremors/movement. How to judge it against your camera needs
OIS can compensate for some hand movement, but its presence alone does not establish sharper photos, better low-light results or steadier video than another phone.
