How to play NYT Pips
Pips is a domino-placement logic game. Place the supplied tiles on the board so every marked region meets its condition. Depending on the region, that may mean matching values, reaching a target sum, or satisfying a greater-than or less-than limit. A domino can cross a boundary between regions, and tiles can be rotated to fit.
