Nuropod is a wearable neuromodulation device with an earpiece the company says sits over the tragus and delivers electrical stimulation targeting auricular vagal pathways. What the results do—and do not—establish
The listed measures cover different outcomes and time periods, so they are not interchangeable evidence of one general health benefit. For example, an HRV change measured over an hour does not by itself establish a lasting improvement in anxiety or sleep. The sales-page information also does not establish how representative the study participants were of typical buyers or whether the reported changes would be noticeable or meaningful to an individual.
No publication year or sufficient primary-study citation is given for each figure on the reviewed commercial pages. The percentages should not be attributed to a journal, university, regulator or named researcher. Customer testimonials and promotional statements on those pages are not independent confirmation of the study claims.

Safety information and limitations
Nuropod’s FAQ says users may experience tingling, mild discomfort or redness where the device is applied. It also describes temporary nausea, headaches or feeling “off” as rare possibilities. The FAQ suggests moisture, shorter sessions or switching ears for some application-site discomfort. These are manufacturer disclosures, not independent adverse-event surveillance.
The FAQ advises against using the device while sleeping or exercising. It identifies pacemakers or active implanted devices, cervical vagotomy, severe bradycardia, certain conditions, and permanent implanted metal or electronic items or jewelry near the tragus as reasons to avoid use or consult a health professional. Because the FAQ uses inconsistent wording about children, check the current product instructions and ask a qualified clinician rather than relying on a categorical age claim.

How to assess the claims before deciding
For a health-related device, a percentage is most useful when the underlying study can be examined. Look for the participant group, sample size, comparison group, stimulation protocol, outcome measure and follow-up period, as well as whether the reported difference was clinically meaningful. Those details are not sufficiently available for every figure on the public sales pages described here.
If comparing Nuropod with another neuromodulation device, compare the stimulation site and method, study populations and comparators, outcome measures and follow-up periods, contraindications, warranty and return terms, and total price. Do not use studies of unrelated snoring or trans-oral tongue-stimulation products as evidence for Nuropod: they involve a different device and stimulation approach.
