On the documented specifications, Phone (3a) has the clearer display advantage: its AMOLED panel is 1080 × 2392, while the N6’s LCD is listed at 720 × 1570. Both are specified at 120 Hz, but that refresh-rate figure does not make their panel types or resolutions equivalent. Choose the Phone (3a) if screen sharpness and AMOLED are priorities; check the N6 in person if possible if you are weighing how its LCD looks to you.

Which phone has more camera flexibility?
Phone (3a) has three listed rear cameras: a stabilized 50MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto with 2× optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide. The N6’s official India product information identifies a 50MP main camera; the cited comparison does not list telephoto or ultrawide cameras for it. That makes the Phone (3a) the more versatile choice on paper for switching between focal lengths. The 32MP versus 8MP front-camera figures also favor Nothing in resolution, but megapixels alone do not determine photo quality.
Battery capacity, charging and durability
OnePlus specifies an 8000 mAh typical battery and 7780 mAh rated capacity for the N6, compared with 5000 mAh for Phone (3a). OnePlus says its N6 capacity figures are based on OnePlus Test Lab data. The N6 also lists 45W SuperVOOC charging; Phone (3a)’s 50W charging figure comes from the 91mobiles comparison. Capacity and charging wattage do not by themselves establish real-world runtime or charging time.

OnePlus describes the N6 as MIL-STD-810H certified and IP65 rated; Phone (3a) is listed as IP64 by 91mobiles. These labels are not a guarantee against damage, and the available information does not establish equivalent real-world protection between the phones.

Software and update support
The reviewed listings pair Phone (3a) with Android 15 and Nothing OS, and the N6 with Android 16 and OxygenOS 16. The 91mobiles comparison reports 3 years of OS updates and 6 years of security updates for Phone (3a), versus 2 and 3 years respectively for N6. These are secondary-source figures; confirm each manufacturer’s current policy for your country, including when the support period begins, before buying on the basis of longevity.

Price difference: the reviewed prices are not a fair direct comparison
Nothing’s Europe product listing displayed a €329 starting price and listed 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB configurations. The listing does not establish that €329 is the current price for every configuration or market.
OnePlus India’s official terms listed the N6 at ₹21,249 for 4GB/128GB and ₹22,949 for 6GB/128GB before discounts, for an offer period of 1–30 September 2026. Those are dated offer terms, not current prices. A 91mobiles snapshot showed ₹24,999 listings for each phone, but that is a retailer snapshot rather than a universal or stable price.

Compare current local prices for the same storage tier, then account for warranty, service availability and any applicable offers.
