Display: AMOLED on Nothing, LCD on iQOO
The screen sizes are nearly identical: 6.77 inches on the Phone (3a) and 6.76 inches on the Z11x. The clearest listed distinction is panel type. Nothing specifies flexible AMOLED, while iQOO specifies LCD. Both comparison listings state a 120 Hz refresh rate, though Nothing describes its rate as adaptive.

Cameras: more shooting options on the Phone (3a)
Nothing lists three rear cameras: a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization, a 50 MP telephoto camera with 2× optical zoom, and an 8 MP ultrawide. The Z11x lists a 50 MP main camera and a 2 MP bokeh camera.
That gives the Phone (3a) more stated focal-length options, particularly for optical zoom and ultrawide framing. Both phones list a 32 MP front camera. Megapixel counts and camera hardware do not, on their own, prove which phone takes better photos or selfies.

Battery and charging: capacity versus charging wattage
The Z11x has a listed 7,200 mAh battery, 2,200 mAh more rated capacity than the Phone (3a)’s 5,000 mAh. iQOO describes its capacity as intended to provide extended use time, but that is manufacturer wording rather than an independently measured endurance result. Actual battery life depends on usage and conditions; capacity alone cannot tell you how many extra hours either phone will last.

Price difference in India
A 91mobiles comparison snapshot listed the Phone (3a) at ₹24,999 and the Z11x at ₹27,999—a ₹3,000 difference, with the iQOO listed higher. Treat these as prices shown in that third-party snapshot, not live or guaranteed offers. The figures may also refer to different memory configurations.
For another point of reference, iQOO’s official India e-store showed ₹27,999 against an MRP of ₹28,999 for the selected 6 GB + 128 GB Z11x variant and marked it out of stock when accessed. Nothing’s opened India page showed an 8 GB + 128 GB selection and a Flipkart link but no price in the captured page text. Check retailer listings for current prices and stock, and compare the same RAM and storage configuration. Keep discounts and bank offers separate from the listed price.

Software support and practical details
Nothing’s product page describes Nothing OS 3. iQOO lists OriginOS 6.0, and its product page states four years of security updates. The reviewed product pages do not establish an equivalent support-duration promise for both phones, so that information does not support a like-for-like claim that one will receive updates for longer.

iQOO lists the Z11x at 219 g. The opened Nothing specification page did not provide a confirmed weight, so there is not enough information here for a weight comparison. iQOO’s store listing includes a case and pre-applied screen film; the opened Nothing page does not establish complete box contents.
Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the Nothing Phone (3a) if you want an AMOLED display or value the added options of a dedicated 2× optical telephoto and ultrawide camera.
- Choose the iQOO Z11x 5G if the larger stated battery capacity is your main specification priority.
- Compare matched variants before buying. The price snapshot and official store listing refer to different sources and may not represent the same memory configuration or current stock.
