Short answer: Choose the Google Pixel 10 if you want the most clearly documented camera zoom, Qi2 wireless charging and a published seven-year update commitment. Choose the Samsung Galaxy S25 for a compact 6.2-inch phone, One UI, Galaxy AI and integration with other Galaxy devices. Choose the Nothing Phone (3) if its Glyph Interface and distinctive four-camera design matter most and its current local price is compelling.
These are not equivalent specification sheets. Google and Samsung publish more complete technical details than Nothing’s accessible US listing, and no independent head-to-head testing establishes a winner for image quality, sustained speed or real-world battery life. Treat the figures below as manufacturer specifications or access-time offers, not laboratory results.

The three phones at a glance
The comparison is between Nothing Phone (3), Google Pixel 10 and the standard Samsung Galaxy S25. The Galaxy S25+ is a separate, larger model and should not be substituted for the base S25 when you are comparing size or battery capacity.

Which phone should you buy?
Pick Pixel 10 for the clearest long-term specification case
Pixel 10 is the easiest choice to justify from published information alone. Its 5× optical telephoto gives you a dedicated zoom camera that the other two reviewed pages do not document in the same way. It also combines a 6.3-inch 120Hz-capable OLED display, a 4,970mAh typical battery, Qi2-certified Pixelsnap charging and Google’s explicit statement: “7 years of OS, security, and Pixel Drop updates.” Those details matter if you keep a phone for several years or regularly use wireless charging.
That recommendation is about documented hardware and policy, not a claim that Pixel photographs, battery endurance or performance are objectively best. Camera output and sustained Tensor G5 speed require comparable testing under the same conditions, which is not established here.
Pick Galaxy S25 for a compact Samsung experience
The standard Galaxy S25 is the smallest of the two fully specified compact alternatives in this comparison, with a 6.2-inch display and a 4,000mAh battery. It is built around Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, Armor Aluminum and IP68 water and dust resistance. One UI 7, Galaxy AI functions such as Now Brief and Audio Eraser, and links to Galaxy wearables and tablets make it the logical fit for someone already invested in Samsung’s ecosystem.
Samsung’s “up to 29 hours of video playback” is a manufacturer claim for the S25, not an independent endurance result. The reviewed Samsung page did not establish a precise update-support term, so do not assume it matches Google’s seven-year promise.
Pick Nothing Phone (3) when design and Glyph are the deciding factors
Nothing Phone (3) is a directly purchasable phone rather than a concept device. Nothing’s US store showed a white 12GB/256GB configuration at $699 and emphasized a new Glyph Interface, Essential Search and four 50MP cameras. That makes it the most visually distinctive option of the three and, at the access-time US listing, the lowest headline price.
The accessible US product information did not provide enough detail to compare its display, processor, charging system, battery capacity or support duration with Pixel 10 and Galaxy S25. Verify those items, along with local network-band compatibility, before treating a lower price as a complete value advantage.

Price, storage and regional availability
US listings
In the United States pages reviewed in 2026, Nothing Phone (3) was listed at $699 for 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Google listed Pixel 10 from $799. Samsung listed the base Galaxy S25 from $799.99 before eligible trade-in.
Recommended Free Tools
The three numbers are not directly interchangeable offers. Nothing’s figure identifies one color and configuration; Google’s is a starting price; Samsung’s excludes the value of a qualifying trade-in. Check whether a retailer or carrier is showing an unlocked price, an installment total or a promotional credit.
UK listing example
Nothing’s UK product page showed the 12GB/256GB Phone (3) at £519 against a crossed-out £699 price when accessed. That is a time-sensitive UK listing, not a permanent recommended retail price and not evidence for the US market. Do not combine the £519 figure with US prices to calculate a global ranking.
What to verify before paying
- Exact storage and memory configuration, especially when a base price may refer to a different capacity.
- Whether the phone is unlocked and supports the bands used by your carrier.
- Taxes, delivery, activation fees and the conditions attached to any trade-in credit.
- Return period, warranty region and whether the charger or case is included.
- Current price on the manufacturer’s page and at the retailer you intend to use; these offers can change after the dates above.
Size and everyday form factor
Pixel 10’s 6.3-inch display and Galaxy S25’s 6.2-inch display put them in the same compact-phone class. The S25 is the smaller figure on paper, while the Pixel adds a little more screen area for reading, maps and editing photos. Display dimensions alone do not determine one-handed comfort: bezels, frame width, weight and case thickness also matter, and those measurements were not all supplied for this comparison.
Do not confuse Galaxy S25 with S25+
Samsung lists the Galaxy S25+ at 6.7 inches with a 4,900mAh battery, compared with 6.2 inches and 4,000mAh for the base S25. The S25+ also comes in 256GB or 512GB storage according to Samsung’s page. Those figures belong to the Plus model. If your priority is a small Galaxy phone, use the base S25 specifications and price, not the S25+ battery or screen.

Camera hardware and what it does—and does not—tell you
Pixel 10: the only listed 5× optical telephoto
Google specifies three rear cameras for Pixel 10: a 48MP wide camera with Macro Focus, a 13MP ultrawide and a 10.8MP telephoto with 5× optical zoom. Google’s page also lists Super Zoom up to 20×. Optical telephoto hardware is useful when you want to frame distant subjects without relying solely on digital enlargement, but the existence of a telephoto lens does not prove that every photo is better than a competing phone’s computational processing.
Rank #3
- Hybrid technology that is made of a TPU bumper with a durable PC back
- Crystal clear transparency flaunts original phone design
- Raised bezels lift screen and camera off flat surfaces
- Pronounced buttons are easy to feel and press, while large cutouts fit most cables
- Spigen Ultra Hybrid Case Compatible with Nothing Phone (3)
Galaxy S25: a documented 50MP wide camera
Samsung’s summary for the base S25 identifies a 50MP wide-angle camera. Galaxy AI features and One UI tools may influence how you edit, summarize or share content, but the reviewed specification does not provide a like-for-like three-camera table sufficient to declare a camera winner. Look for independent tests that use the same scenes, lighting and zoom ranges if camera quality is your primary purchase criterion.
Nothing Phone (3): four 50MP cameras
Nothing describes Phone (3) as having four 50MP cameras. The accessible US listing does not supply the complete lens-by-lens focal lengths or a comparable zoom specification. Four sensors and identical megapixel labels do not, by themselves, establish the same field of view, stabilization or image quality as Pixel 10 or Galaxy S25.
How to choose if photography is your priority
- Decide whether you frequently shoot distant subjects. Pixel 10’s published 5× optical telephoto is the clearest hardware match for that use.
- Check the exact camera modes and regional software availability on the phone you will buy.
- Read independent, controlled comparisons rather than relying on megapixel counts or marketing names.
- Confirm storage capacity if you record a lot of high-resolution video or keep photos offline.
Battery and charging
Pixel 10
Google lists a 4,970mAh typical battery. Pixel 10 supports Qi2-certified Pixelsnap wireless charging up to 15W. With a 30W USB-C PPS charger or higher, Google says wired charging can reach 55% in about 30 minutes; the charger is sold separately. “About 30 minutes” is a stated charging estimate, not a promise of identical results with every cable, adapter, temperature or battery state.

Galaxy S25
Samsung lists a 4,000mAh battery for the standard S25 and claims up to 29 hours of video playback. That figure is a manufacturer scenario and should not be converted into a prediction for mixed daily use. The S25+ figure—4,900mAh and up to 30 hours—belongs to the larger model and is not applicable to the base S25.
Nothing Phone (3)
The reviewed US listing did not state the Phone (3)’s battery capacity or charging rates. Ask the seller or check the current regional technical page before buying if charging speed, wireless charging or battery size is important to you.
Practical charging decision
Pixel 10 is the only phone here with a documented Qi2/Pixelsnap system in the supplied specifications. If you already own a wireless charging stand, verify the standard and accessory fit. For any model, budget for a compatible charger if one is not included and check the manufacturer’s power requirements rather than assuming that a high-wattage adapter guarantees maximum speed.

Performance, software and update support
Pixel 10 and Tensor G5
Pixel 10 uses Google’s Tensor G5 and includes 12GB of RAM. It launches with Android 16 and supports Gemini, Circle to Search and other Google AI functions. Google notes that availability and behavior can depend on language, account, network and region. Those conditions matter if a particular AI feature is central to your workflow.
Galaxy S25 and One UI 7
The Galaxy S25 uses Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. Samsung highlights One UI 7 and Galaxy AI tools including Now Brief and Audio Eraser. Some AI features require a Samsung account or network access and may vary by region or device. Samsung’s reviewed page did not confirm a specific number of years for OS and security updates, so obtain that commitment for your market before making a long-term support comparison.
Nothing’s software identity
Nothing highlights its Glyph Interface and Essential Search on the Phone (3) page. Those are meaningful differentiators if you prefer Nothing’s visual language and notification hardware, but the accessible listing did not state the processor, Android launch version or support duration. Request those details in writing when comparing total ownership value.
Why benchmark claims should wait
Processor names describe platforms, not sustained performance in a particular chassis. Heat management, software updates and workload all affect long sessions. No controlled, head-to-head measurements for these exact phones were established, so this comparison does not rank gaming frame rates, thermal behavior or multitasking speed.
Ecosystem and accessories
Google ecosystem
Pixel 10 fits naturally with Google’s account-based services and Pixel-specific features such as Circle to Search and Gemini. Confirm language and regional availability before relying on an AI function. Qi2 Pixelsnap accessories can influence your case and stand choices, and the wired charger is sold separately according to Google.
Samsung ecosystem
Galaxy S25 is the natural choice if you already use Galaxy wearables or tablets and want One UI continuity. Samsung’s page links the phone with that wider device family. Check compatibility for each accessory generation rather than assuming that every older case, watch or charger supports every feature.
Nothing accessories
Phone (3) buyers should check the current case, screen-protector and charger specifications for their exact regional model. The accessible listing confirms the phone and its 12GB/256GB US configuration but does not establish accessory standards or charging details.
A decision framework based on your priorities
| Your priority | Best starting point | Reason and qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Longest explicitly stated software commitment | Pixel 10 | Google states seven years of OS, security and Pixel Drop updates. |
| Dedicated long-range camera hardware | Pixel 10 | It lists a 10.8MP 5× optical telephoto; this is not a claim of superior final images. |
| Compact Samsung phone and Galaxy continuity | Galaxy S25 | 6.2-inch body, One UI 7, Galaxy AI and links to Galaxy devices. |
| Distinctive design and Glyph interaction | Nothing Phone (3) | Nothing emphasizes the new Glyph Interface and Essential Search. |
| Lowest access-time US headline price | Nothing Phone (3) | $699 for the listed 12GB/256GB configuration; verify current price and missing specifications. |
| Qi2 wireless charging | Pixel 10 | Google specifies Qi2-certified Pixelsnap charging up to 15W. |
Purchase checklist
- Set your market. Use the price and model sold in your country; do not combine the US and UK listings.
- Choose storage first. The listed S25 options are 128GB or 256GB; Pixel 10’s reviewed specification lists 12GB RAM, while the Nothing US offer identifies 12GB/256GB.
- Measure your preferred size. Compare the 6.2-inch S25 and 6.3-inch Pixel 10 in person if one-handed use matters. Consider S25+ only when you intentionally want a 6.7-inch phone.
- Audit camera needs. Select Pixel 10 if a documented 5× optical telephoto is important; otherwise compare controlled camera tests and the exact modes you use.
- Check support terms. Pixel’s seven-year policy is explicit. Obtain the current Nothing and Samsung terms for your region before assuming equivalent longevity.
- Confirm network and accessory compatibility. Verify carrier bands, eSIM or SIM requirements, case fit and charger standards for the exact regional model.
- Calculate the real transaction price. Include tax, shipping, trade-in conditions and any required charger.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Using S25+ numbers for S25. The Plus model’s 4,900mAh battery and 6.7-inch screen are not base-S25 specifications.
- Treating “up to” as a daily guarantee. Samsung’s 29-hour video figure is a defined manufacturer claim, not mixed-use endurance.
- Ranking cameras by megapixels. Pixel’s 48MP, Samsung’s 50MP wide camera and Nothing’s four 50MP cameras describe hardware resolution, not complete image quality.
- Assuming AI features are universal. Google and Samsung both qualify availability by language, account, network, region or device.
- Assuming support parity. Google’s seven-year statement is documented; equivalent Nothing and Samsung terms were not confirmed in the reviewed pages.
- Comparing promotional prices as if they were permanent. The UK Nothing listing’s £519 price was shown against £699 and may change; Samsung’s US figure was before eligible trade-in.
Bottom-line buying advice
For the broadest, best-documented package, start with Pixel 10: it combines a published 5× telephoto, Qi2 charging, Android 16 and a seven-year update policy. Choose Galaxy S25 instead when compact Samsung hardware, One UI and Galaxy-device integration outweigh the absence of a confirmed support term in the reviewed listing. Choose Nothing Phone (3) when Glyph, Nothing’s design and its current local deal are more important than having every specification documented on the product page. Whichever you select, verify the current regional configuration, carrier compatibility and total price immediately before checkout.
