Minecraft Dungeons II and its Deluxe Edition occupy the top two spots in Nintendo Everything’s reported All Games chart for the week of October 3, 2026. That is a top-two result on one reported list—not a sweep of every eShop category. The separate Download-Only Games chart puts Pokémon FireRed at No. 1.
What is No. 1 on the reported eShop chart?
Nintendo Everything’s October 3, 2026 report lists Minecraft Dungeons II at No. 1 and Minecraft Dungeons II Deluxe Edition at No. 2 on its All Games chart, followed by Minecraft at No. 3. The chart publisher does not state a methodology or say whether the ranks reflect units, revenue, or another measure. Treat these as reported chart positions, not sales figures or an official Nintendo ranking. Read Nintendo Everything’s chart report.

- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Super Mario Party Jamboree

- Drop the pickaxe, grab a sword, and charge into a thrilling new adventure in the Minecraft Dungeons II Deluxe Edition
Why the separate Download-Only chart matters
Nintendo Everything also publishes a Download-Only Games list, and its leader is Pokémon FireRed, not Minecraft Dungeons II. The No. 15 entry there is the original Minecraft Dungeons, not the sequel. The two lists therefore should not be combined or described as one ranking. See the report’s separate chart.
Is Minecraft Dungeons II available on Switch and Switch 2?
Yes. Nintendo of America’s U.S. store listing gives Minecraft Dungeons II a September 29, 2026 release date for Nintendo Switch, while Minecraft’s official launch notice says the game is available on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 as well as Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. Mojang is named as developer on Nintendo’s listing. Nintendo Switch store listing; Minecraft’s launch announcement; About Minecraft Dungeons II.

- Minecraft Dungeons Ultimate Edition
Digital availability and packaged-release dates vary by region and console. Nintendo Japan’s September 29 notice says the game became available digitally on both Switch models. For packaged Japanese releases, it schedules the Switch 2 version for September 30, 2026, and the Switch version for November 10, 2026. Those are Japan-specific dates, not a global retail schedule. Nintendo Japan’s release notice.
What do the Switch editions and online features include?
Nintendo’s Switch listing identifies both the standard game and a Deluxe Edition listing. A separate official Nintendo Deluxe Edition listing describes cosmetics and DLC 1 and 2 when released, but the reviewed information does not establish a complete contents or price comparison across regions. The Switch listing also displays a Soul Pack DLC item. Check the store page for the region and console you intend to use for current package details. Check Nintendo’s Switch listing.
