Is this a permanent Nintendo price cut?
No evidence in the deal reports indicates that Nintendo announced a UK MSRP reduction. They describe a retailer offer on a bundle. Nintendo’s May 2026 investor presentation instead documents price revisions for other regions: the US system price rose from $449.99 to $499.99, and the European price from €469.99 to €499.99, effective September 1, 2026. The presentation says European prices include tax and US prices exclude tax. It also lists the Japan-only Japanese-language model increasing from ¥49,980 to ¥59,980 on May 25, 2026. These figures are regional context, not evidence of the UK recommended price or the status of this UK promotion. See Nintendo’s price-revision presentation.

- Confirm the item is in stock and check the promised delivery timing.
- Review the retailer’s return terms before placing the order.

Do Nintendo’s US offers apply to this UK deal?
No. Nintendo of America lists a US Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle at $549.99 while supplies last, with savings calculated against separate purchases of the system, game and membership. Its US offers page also lists a Nintendo Switch Sports Resort bundle scheduled for October 22, 2026. Those are US offers, not substitutes for the reported UK retailer promotion. Details are on Nintendo of America’s retail offers page.
