How should you interpret the cushioning and outsole claims?

Nike describes the Cushlon 3.0 foam ride as springy and responsive. That is the brand’s characterization, not a measured cushioning or energy-return result. Without an independent test or wear report, it is not possible to establish how soft, lively, or comfortable the shoe will feel to a particular runner.

Nike says the rubber outsole is intended to provide traction and durability. The listing does not provide an independent grip test or outsole lifespan, so those claims are not evidence of performance on wet pavement or of how many miles the shoe will last.
Does the Nike Quest 7 run narrow?
Nike says the Quest 7 has a roomier forefoot and writes, “A roomier forefoot lets your foot naturally spread as you pound the path.” This is product copy, not an independent sizing verdict. It describes the front of the shoe only and does not establish how the midfoot or heel fits, whether the shoe suits wide feet, or whether you should size up or down. Try your usual size if possible and check the fit of the whole shoe, especially if you often need a wide fit.

What does the Nike Quest 7 cost?
Prices vary by country and can change. On 4 October 2026, Nike’s UK listing showed £74.99, while its Austria listing showed €79.99.
