Yes—on paper, Newegg’s bundle is cheaper than Intel’s $249 launch MSRP once the included cooler is assigned its reported value. The ASRock Challenger Arc B580 is listed at $329.99, while Wccftech reports the bundled ASRock Challenger 360mm digital AIO at $89. Subtracting that value produces an effective GPU cost of about $240, roughly $9 below the launch MSRP. That is an accounting comparison, not a $240 checkout price: you still pay $329.99, and the saving is meaningful only if you need, can use or can resell the cooler.
What the Newegg bundle includes
Newegg’s listing is for the ASRock Challenger B580 CL 12GO, an Intel Arc B580 graphics card priced at $329.99. The page shows a $25.16 reduction, or 7%, from a $355.15 reference price, plus free 30-day returns and fulfillment marked “Sold by Newegg / Shipped by Newegg.” The offer is labeled “Free ASRock AIO with purchase, LIMITED TIME ONLY.” Prices, stock and eligibility can change without notice.

Wccftech reported on October 14, 2026, that the card had fallen from about $355 to $329 and that the free ASRock Challenger 360mm digital AIO was valued at $89. Its headline calls the promotion: “Newegg Slashes Intel Arc B580 To $329 And Throws In A Free 360mm AIO, Effectively Undercutting Its $249 Launch MSRP.”
Does it really beat the $249 MSRP?
The arithmetic is straightforward, but the wording matters:

- Metal Backplate
- Blue Breathing Light
- Graphic card sag bracket
| Item | Amount | Source and qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Newegg checkout price | $329.99 | Newegg listing, 2026 |
| Reported AIO value | $89 | Wccftech report, October 14, 2026 |
| Effective GPU value | About $240 | Wccftech’s calculation: $329.99 minus $89 |
| Launch MSRP | $249 | Intel announcement, December 3, 2024 |
| Amazon reference price | $369.99 | PC Gamer reference, October 8, 2026; live listing and seller were not independently verified |
Using the reported $89 value, the effective price is approximately $240—about $9 below Intel’s $249 launch MSRP. That does not mean Newegg charges $240, nor that every buyer receives $89 of usable value. A 360mm liquid cooler is useful for a compatible processor, but it is unnecessary for a graphics-card installation. If you have no use for it and cannot resell it, the practical value of the bundle is closer to the GPU’s actual checkout cost.
Intel Arc B580 context
Intel announced the Arc B580 on December 3, 2024, with availability beginning December 13, 2024, at $249. The card has 12GB of dedicated memory and was positioned for 1440p ultra gaming with XeSS 2. Intel says: “The new Intel Arc B-Series GPUs offer best-in-class value for performance.” Intel also says: “The Intel Arc B580 Limited Edition graphics card is available starting Dec. 13, 2024, from $249.”
Intel’s launch material reports up to 24% higher performance than the Arc A750 at 1440p in Intel’s testing and up to 32% better performance per dollar within its stated comparison class. Those are manufacturer test claims, not an independent ranking; results vary by game, settings, driver version and competing hardware.

ASRock Challenger B580 specifications
The Newegg model is a two-slot, ATX-format card measuring up to 249mm long. Its listed specifications are:
- Intel Arc B580 GPU with 20 Xe-cores
- 12GB GDDR6 memory on a 192-bit interface
- 2740MHz listed core clock
- PCIe 4.0 x8 interface
- One HDMI 2.1 output and three DisplayPort 2.1 outputs
- One 8-pin power connector
- 650W recommended power supply
Check the case’s maximum GPU length, slot clearance and front-radiator space before ordering. The card itself is only two slots wide, but a 360mm radiator and fans require three 120mm mounting positions and enough tubing clearance elsewhere in the chassis. The cooler is a CPU liquid cooler, not an accessory that improves the B580’s GPU cooling.
Who should buy this bundle?
It makes sense when you need the AIO
The bundle is strongest for a new build or upgrade that already calls for a 360mm AIO, provided the case supports one and the processor’s thermal requirements justify it. In that situation, the cooler replaces a purchase you would otherwise make, making the effective-value calculation realistic.

- Advanced Intel Arc Performance: Intel Arc B570 GPU with 10GB GDDR6 memory on 160-bit bus delivers excellent 1440p gaming and content creation performance
- Next-Gen Xe2-HPG Architecture: Features Intel Xe2-HPG architecture with Xe Matrix Extensions (XMX) for advanced AI acceleration and upscaling technology
- High Clock Speeds: GPU clock speed of 2600 MHz with 19 Gbps memory speed ensures smooth, responsive gaming experiences
- Intel XeSS 2 Technology: Supports Intel Xe Super Sampling 2 for enhanced performance and image quality through AI-powered upscaling
- Efficient Dual Fan Cooling: Dual striped axial fans with 0dB silent cooling technology provide optimal thermal performance during intense gaming sessions
It is less compelling when you only need a graphics card
If your system uses an air cooler, a compact liquid cooler or a case that cannot mount a 360mm radiator, the included unit may sit unused. You could sell it, but resale proceeds, shipping and demand are uncertain. Treat the $240 figure as a comparison metric rather than guaranteed savings.

Verify platform compatibility
Before checkout, confirm a free PCIe x8 slot, one available 8-pin GPU power lead, a quality 650W power supply and current Intel graphics drivers for your operating system. Also check that your games and workloads support the features you expect, including XeSS upscaling and AV1 media encoding. Independent benchmarks are needed to compare real-world 1080p and 1440p performance against specific 8GB or 12GB alternatives.

- Open the Newegg product page and confirm the price is still $329.99.
- Verify that the ASRock Challenger 360mm AIO appears as the free promotional item, rather than an optional add-on.
- Check the seller and fulfillment fields; the reported listing says Sold by Newegg / Shipped by Newegg.
- Review the promotion’s expiration or inventory language because it is marked “LIMITED TIME ONLY.”
- Measure your case for the 249mm card and for a 360mm radiator installation.
- Keep the order confirmation and inspect the shipment to ensure both products are included.
How this compares with the reference market price
PC Gamer cited a $369.99 Amazon Arc B580 reference price on October 8, 2026. That figure is useful context but does not establish current availability, seller identity, shipping cost or purchase eligibility. The Newegg price is therefore lower than that published reference, while the bundle’s real advantage depends on whether the AIO has utility to you. Compare cards using checkout price, VRAM, 1080p/1440p results, upscaling support, AV1 encoding, power requirements, physical fit and driver compatibility—not the cooler’s nominal value alone.
Bottom line
At $329.99, this is not a graphics card selling below $249 at checkout. It becomes approximately $240 in effective value only when Wccftech’s $89 AIO valuation reflects something you will use or successfully resell. Buyers who need a 360mm CPU cooler and can fit both components have a credible sub-MSRP-equivalent deal; GPU-only shoppers should judge it as a $329.99 Arc B580 purchase and recheck the promotion before ordering.
