Netflix’s U.S. WWE library expanded on January 6, 2026, adding Premium Live Events held before September 2025, documentaries, original programming and past episodes of Raw. It is not a move of all U.S. WWE programming to Netflix: the current U.S. lineup is split among Netflix, ESPN, The CW, USA Network and Peacock.
What WWE content Netflix added in the U.S.
WWE and Netflix said the library package became available immediately on January 6, 2026. It includes WWE Premium Live Events held before September 2025—such as WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Royal Rumble—along with documentaries and original programming. WWE also says past episodes of Raw are available in the Netflix library. WWE’s announcement does not say that every historical episode or every WWE program is included.

Where to watch WWE in the U.S. now
WWE’s current viewing guide, accessed October 7, 2026, lists different services by program. Live event access and the on-demand archive are separate considerations: the guide identifies where programs are carried, while the Netflix library announcement describes a selection of older content.

What “Peacock era ends” means—and what it does not
The shift is not a complete U.S. departure from Peacock. WWE’s current guide still lists Saturday Night’s Main Event there, while assigning main-roster Premium Live Events to the ESPN App and Raw to Netflix. The guide does not establish a universal end date for every WWE item that may remain on Peacock, so availability should be checked by program rather than inferred from the library expansion.
The division follows a broader rights change: WWE and ESPN announced on August 6, 2025, that ESPN would become the exclusive U.S. domestic home for WWE Premium Live Events starting in 2026. WWE’s current guide specifies the ESPN App with ESPN Unlimited for main-roster events. The rights announcement explains the change, but the current guide is the better reference for present service routing.
Netflix WWE availability outside the U.S.
WWE says viewers in most international regions can watch Raw, SmackDown, NXT and every Premium Live Event live on Netflix. That is not universal: WWE names Germany and Austria as exceptions, where Raw, SmackDown and NXT are carried by BILD and ProSieben MAXX, and Sub-Saharan Africa, where SuperSport carries WWE programming. Netflix’s Japanese WWE offering began October 1, 2026, and includes weekly shows, Premium Live Events and the archive library. This is a Japan-specific arrangement, not evidence that the same package is available in every country. Netflix’s announcement describes the launch.

How to find the right service
- Identify the program. A weekly show, a main-roster Premium Live Event, an NXT event and an older library title can have different homes.
- Check your country or region. The U.S. lineup is split, and international exceptions apply.
- Distinguish live viewing from the archive. Netflix’s U.S. library package covers specified older content; it does not replace the current U.S. live-event listings.
- Confirm any required plan. WWE lists ESPN Unlimited with the ESPN App for U.S. main-roster Premium Live Events. The cited official sources do not provide a complete price comparison across all services.
Netflix’s original international WWE arrangement launched in January 2025, with Raw and other WWE shows and events distributed internationally where available. The later U.S. library expansion and Japan launch are distinct regional developments, not a single worldwide transfer. WWE’s 2024 announcement describes the initial international arrangement.
