NEFF identifies the T56TS31N0/46 as an N 90 60 cm induction hob with a framed surface. That is a manufacturer description, not an independent performance verdict: the available official pages do not establish cooking results, noise, efficiency, or comparative performance. Before buying parts, downloading instructions, or checking installation fit, match the complete E-Nr—including its suffix—to the appliance or listing.
What is the NEFF T56TS31N0?
The model name refers to a NEFF induction hob, but the complete E-Nr is more precise than the base model string. NEFF’s Spanish service record identifies T56TS31N0/46 as an “N 90” 60 cm induction hob with a framed surface. NEFF also has a UK support record for T56TS31N0/06 and an Ireland record for T56TS31N0/01. These different suffixes are a practical reason to verify the exact appliance variant rather than assume regional records or documents are interchangeable. See the NEFF Spain T56TS31N0/46 service page, NEFF UK T56TS31N0/06 support page, and NEFF Ireland T56TS31N0/01 support page.

Is the NEFF T56TS31N0 worth buying?
The official information confirms the /46 variant’s category, nominal width and framed surface, but does not establish how it performs in a kitchen. There are no supported independent test results here for heating speed, temperature control, noise, efficiency, ease of cleaning, or reliability. A fair verdict is therefore conditional: it may suit someone looking for the described NEFF induction hob, but the available evidence is not enough to recommend it over another model or assess its cooking performance.

- CONSISTENTLY STABLE HIGH-POWER OUTPUT - Built for constant use, it features continuous-duty circuitry for non-stop cooking. The unique power control technology ensures stable high-power output, reduces the temperature of internal electronics, and facilitates low-noise heat dissipation, providing reliable cooking performance. This dependable performance sets it apart from others.
- LARGE COOKING AREA - Features an expanded magnetic coil design that optimizes the winding structure to enhance the transfer of electromagnetic energy directly to the cookware, significantly improving heating efficiency and ensuring more even heat distribution across the bottom of the cookware.
- NSF CERTIFIED & COMMERCIAL GRADE - UL commercial standard 197, completely ETL & NSF approved. It meets industry durability standards, passing a drop test with an impact of 1.5 ft lbs. Designed for large-volume usage, it is ideal for commercial and professional settings such as restaurants, industrial kitchens, and other catering services.
- EASY TO CONTROL & CLEAN - The control buttons with solid tactile response make operation intuitive and precise. With simple and clear display, the Key-Press-Control Panel provides clear visibility and easy control, even with gloves or wet hands. With no open flame or heating element, food does not burn onto the glass cooktop, making it easy to clean greasy dirt.
Before deciding, obtain the specification and installation documents for the exact E-Nr, then compare the figures and functions that matter to your kitchen. NEFF’s service pages provide routes to model-specific documents, but the pages reviewed do not expose the documents’ technical values directly.
What are the T56TS31N0 dimensions and electrical requirements?
The /46 service listing calls the appliance 60 cm, but that does not establish the worktop cut-out, clearance requirements, electrical connection, or maximum load. Do not treat nominal width as an installation measurement. Check the installation instructions and specification sheet for the complete E-Nr, and have a qualified installer confirm that the existing opening and supply are suitable.
NEFF lists installation instructions and specification documents on its Spanish /46 page; its UK /06 page lists installation instructions and supplementary documents. Use the record matching the appliance, not a document selected only by the shared base model name.

Which cooking zones and controls does it have?
The support listings establish that this is an induction hob, but they do not provide the zone layout, zone diameters, individual or boost power ratings, control arrangement, or confirmation of a frying sensor. Those details should not be inferred from the N 90 designation or from another regional suffix. Read the exact variant’s product specification and manual before comparing capacity or functions with another hob.
For a meaningful comparison, use the same regional variant and check documented zone positions and sizes, power ratings, controls, included functions, and installation requirements. The available service-page information does not support a claim that the T56TS31N0 leads or falls short on any of those measures.
What cookware works with this hob?
Induction hobs require cookware suitable for induction, but the reviewed model records do not confirm compatibility for a particular pan or accessory. NEFF’s accessory categories include induction cookware and cookware for FlexInduction; their presence does not prove that a specific item works with every T56TS31N0 suffix. Check the manual for the exact E-Nr and verify compatibility with NEFF or the accessory seller before purchasing.

NEFF also has a TwistPad accessory category, but the information reviewed does not establish that a particular TwistPad is compatible with every regional version of this hob. Confirm the part against the full E-Nr rather than buying on the basis of the model string alone. NEFF’s accessories page is a starting point for checking available categories, not a compatibility guarantee.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsWhere can I find the manual or replacement parts?
Use NEFF’s service page for the complete E-Nr. The Spanish /46 record offers a user manual, short instructions, installation instructions, a product specification sheet, a data sheet, and a cookbook. The UK /06 record lists user manuals, short instructions, installation instructions, and supplements. The records therefore differ in the documents they list, and the underlying technical values should be confirmed in the matching files.
NEFF provides a Spanish spare-parts route. Its general statement says functional parts are available for at least ten years after an appliance’s production, with many available longer. That is a general policy, not confirmation that a particular T56TS31N0 part is currently stocked; search by the full E-Nr and verify availability.

What to verify in a retailer listing
A listing that says “NEFF T56TS31N0” may not show enough information to establish that it is the variant you need. Before ordering, check that the seller identifies the full E-Nr or confirms it in writing, and compare that suffix with the official documentation. Verify current stock, seller identity, installation fit, delivery terms, and returns directly with the retailer; the official support pages do not establish current retail availability or price.
