How does the cutlery storage work?
NEFF lists a height-adjustable top basket, and retailer-hosted owner comments refer to an upper cutlery shelf. Some reviewers found that arrangement less practical than a conventional cutlery tray; one later reviewer said a replacement tray they tried was not compatible.
