The company says it is building an app that gives retail and institutional users access to on-chain lending and securities markets. As of the announcement, the product had not launched: a limited rollout was planned for late October 2026.
The funding round
Navra’s announcement, distributed through Business Wire, names Ribbit Capital as lead investor. Baseline and DCM took part alongside founding Figure investors. Jump Crypto and Figure Technology Solutions are listed as strategic participants. The company says the money will go toward AI infrastructure, platform expansion, and acquiring customers and partners.

Axios independently described the company’s aim as making on-chain lending and securities markets more accessible to traditional investors. Only a short preview of that report was available, so the details below come mainly from the company’s own release.
What Navra says it is building
Navra describes a mobile and desktop interface through which retail and institutional users can reach curated blockchain venues. That includes direct on-chain access to yield protocols and cash rails. All of the following are company-described features, not independently tested ones:

The company’s materials also use the phrase “qualified custody.” That is marketing language, not an independent legal determination. Navra’s regulatory status is not established by the sources reviewed.
The Figure connection
Figure Technology Solutions is Navra’s first named blockchain partner. According to the company, Navra has integrated Figure’s Democratized Prime yield protocol and YLDS, and the two companies are working on integrations with Figure’s trading markets. Read this as an announced integration. It does not show that every component is live for customers.

The founder’s pitch
Cagney said: “Blockchain DeFi protocols are the best foundation for the $6 trillion asset based finance market, but the real dollars haven’t moved over yet.” The $6 trillion figure is his own estimate. Nothing in the sources validates it independently, so treat it as the company’s framing of the opportunity.
What is still unknown
- Fees, yields, and product terms.
- Which venues and products beyond Figure’s will be offered.
- Who actually provides custody, and how the keyless model works in practice.
- Regulatory status and which jurisdictions or investor types are eligible.
- Whether the announced integrations are generally live once the rollout begins.
Anyone weighing Navra against other on-chain access platforms should compare on those points once real terms are published: retail versus institutional features, supported venues, custody model, cash movement, audit controls, rollout status, and disclosed costs. The announcement alone does not support a ranking.
