- Open the official game page. Go to BlueStacks’ Narco Empire installation guide or its Narco Empire app page. Select the Windows PC option.
- Download and open the installer. Save the BlueStacks installer, open it, and follow the setup prompts. Windows may request administrator approval; allow the installer only if you obtained it from the official BlueStacks domain.
