Bandai Namco’s Season 19 trailer for MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE looks back at Seasons 14–18 before showing battles tied to the game’s third-anniversary season. The publisher’s description spotlights new playable character Shoto Todoroki (Phosphor); it does not confirm that Izuku Midoriya appears in the video. A separate season tracker lists Izuku Midoriya OFA for October 14, 2026, but that date is tracker-reported rather than confirmed by the official sources cited here.
What’s in the Season 19 trailer?
Bandai Namco’s official developer blog, dated September 30, 2026, describes a quick recap of Seasons 14 through 18 followed by battles between characters in the anniversary season. That is the publisher’s broad description, not a verified scene-by-scene account of the video. It gives viewers the season’s framing—a look back at recent updates and a showcase of anniversary-season combat—without naming every character or move shown.

The publisher’s official media page lists a Season 19 trailer. The sources establish the trailer’s season context and featured character, but do not provide a confirmed shot list. In particular, the official description does not identify an Izuku Midoriya scene. Anyone looking for a precise account of who appears, or which attacks are shown, needs to check the video itself rather than infer those details from the season summary.

The official descriptions cited here do not establish whether Izuku Midoriya appears in the trailer. They should not be read as confirmation of an Izuku scene: the publisher’s season overview instead identifies Shoto Todoroki (Phosphor) as Season 19’s new playable character. A character’s scheduled arrival in a season is also not proof that they appear in that season’s trailer. The answer to whether Izuku is visible remains unconfirmed by the publisher material described here.

Who is the new Season 19 character?
Bandai Namco introduces Shoto Todoroki (Phosphor), a new playable character distinct from the game’s existing Shoto Todoroki. The developer blog says his Quirk Skills and Special Actions were redesigned around his later-story mastery of Flashfire Fist: Phosphor. Its overview mentions an ice attack that freezes opponents and a quick flame-blade strike.
Those are useful highlights, but not full move specifications: the overview does not give damage values, cooldowns, range, or a complete list of his skills and Special Actions. It also does not provide enough information for a detailed gameplay comparison between Phosphor and the existing Shoto. Players comparing them should look at their in-game roles, Quirk Skills, Special Actions, and availability once the relevant details are available, rather than assume the two versions play alike because they share a name.

For Nintendo Switch players, Nintendo’s US listing describes the game as free-to-play and discloses in-game purchases, including random items. This is useful purchase context if you are deciding whether to download the Switch version: free-to-play does not mean the listing says there are no optional purchases.
