The reported discount applies to the 256GB razr+ (2026). PhoneArena described it as $100 off and below $1,000, but did not publish the exact sale price or how long the offer would last. PhoneArena’s October 6 report is a dated offer snapshot, not a guarantee that the same price is still available.

Is the razr+ a good fit for you?
The razr+ is a clamshell foldable: it opens to a large inner display and folds shut to a pocketable shape, while its external screen can handle some tasks without opening the phone. That design is most useful if you value a compact folded device and expect to use the cover display for quick interactions. If you usually want a conventional, uninterrupted phone screen, the folding design may be less compelling than a standard smartphone at a similar price.
Displays and performance
Motorola lists a 4.0-inch external display and a 6.9-inch Extreme AMOLED main display, with a 165Hz refresh rate and high-brightness mode reaching up to 3,000 nits. The phone uses a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and offers up to 12GB of physical RAM; Motorola’s RAM Boost feature can also use storage as virtual memory. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent performance results. Details are on Motorola’s U.S. product page.

Battery and charging
The listed battery capacity is 4,500mAh. Motorola advertises over 31 hours of battery life, but actual endurance depends on use and conditions. Its more specific charging claim is that median users can get up to 12 hours of battery life from about 11 minutes of charging in controlled laboratory testing with a 45W-or-higher Motorola TurboPower charger. That is a manufacturer test claim, not a promise of everyday results. The phone’s wired charging maximum is 45W, so a higher-wattage charger does not make it charge faster.
Motorola says the charger is sold separately and identifies a 15W TurboPower wireless charging stand for wireless charging. Check what accessories are included with the particular listing before budgeting for a charger or stand.

Water and dust exposure
Motorola specifies an IP48 rating. It says the phone can withstand submersion in up to 1.5 meters of still fresh water for up to 30 minutes under controlled laboratory conditions, and that the rating covers solid objects larger than 1mm. Motorola does not describe the phone as waterproof or dustproof; resistance can decrease with wear, damage beyond the rating is not covered by warranty, and the phone should not be charged while wet.

PhoneArena positioned the razr+ between Motorola’s regular Razr and the higher-end Razr Ultra, and also mentioned Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 8 as a deal alternative. Its October 6 price snapshot said the Galaxy Z Flip 8 was $210 off and just under $990. Those figures are dated comparisons, not current quotes; compare live prices and configurations before choosing.

PhoneArena also reported Motorola trade-in savings of up to $400 and a Moto Watch plus Moto Buds 2 Plus at no extra cost with that offer. The report did not establish the trade-in eligibility rules or bundle conditions. Treat those benefits as unconfirmed for your purchase unless Motorola’s current official terms explicitly show that you qualify.
