The G35 is the lower-cost option; the G75 costs more but adds a faster processor, more physical RAM, camera stabilization, stronger protection and a longer software-support commitment. The original Brazilian launch prices were R$1,499 for the G35 with 128 GB, R$1,699 for its 256 GB version, and R$2,299 for the G75 with 256 GB. Those are historical launch prices, not today’s guaranteed retail prices.

What the Moto G35 5G offers
Screen, performance and memory
The G35 has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ IPS display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and brightness rated by Motorola at up to 1,000 nits. Its Unisoc T760 processor is paired with 4 GB of physical RAM. Motorola’s “up to 12 GB RAM” description combines that 4 GB with as much as 8 GB of RAM Boost, which uses internal storage as virtual memory. It is not equivalent to 12 GB of physical RAM, and the borrowed storage is slower than RAM.

(Not Compatibe with Certain MVNOs like Xfinty and Spectrum).
For everyday messaging, browsing, streaming, social apps and casual games, the G35’s lower price may matter more than raw performance. Its processor and physical memory do not put it on equal footing with the G75 for demanding games or heavy multitasking.
Cameras and everyday features
The Brazilian G35 has a 50 MP main rear camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide camera and a 16 MP front camera. Motorola promotes 4K recording for the phone; its detailed specifications also list Full HD recording at 30 frames per second for the front camera. A 50 MP label alone does not establish image quality or make its camera equivalent to the G75’s stabilized Sony sensor.
Connectivity and practical extras include 5G, NFC, eSIM, microSD support, Bluetooth 5.0, FM radio and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The device weighs 188.2 g. It launched with Android 14.
Battery, charging and protection
The G35 has a 5,000 mAh battery and includes a 20 W TurboPower charger. It uses Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Motorola’s Smart Water Touch feature helps the screen respond when wet, but it is not an IP rating and does not make the phone resistant to immersion.

What the Moto G75 5G adds
More capable hardware
The G75 pairs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 with 8 GB of physical RAM and 256 GB of storage. Its “up to 16 GB” memory marketing includes up to 8 GB of RAM Boost in addition to the physical 8 GB. The larger physical memory and stronger processor are the more meaningful advantages for demanding apps and multitasking.
Its 6.8-inch Full HD+ display also refreshes at 120 Hz. The battery capacity is the same 5,000 mAh as the G35, but charging is rated at 30 W. Motorola claims the G75 can reach 50% charge in 25 minutes with an appropriate charger; that is a manufacturer claim, not a guaranteed result in every charging condition.
Stabilized main camera
The G75’s main camera uses a 50 MP Sony LYTIA 600 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), alongside an 8 MP ultra-wide/macro camera and a 16 MP front camera. OIS helps compensate for hand movement, a useful hardware advantage for handheld photos and video, particularly in lower light. Motorola says the G75 can record 4K video with any lens.
Durability and support
Motorola lists IP68 protection, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and MIL-STD-810H testing for the G75. IP68 describes protection under specified laboratory conditions, including fresh water; it is not a promise that the phone is safe in salt water, pressurized water or every underwater situation. MIL-STD-810H testing covers specified test conditions, not every real-world drop or accident.

The G75 launched with Android 14. Motorola advertises five Android OS upgrades and security updates through 2029 on its Brazilian product page, a substantially longer stated support horizon than the G35’s one OS upgrade and three years of security updates.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How to choose between the Moto G35 and G75
Choose the G35 for a lower purchase price
- Choose it if the priority is affordable 5G and the phone will mainly handle calls, messaging, video, social media, navigation and casual games.
- Its 120 Hz Full HD+ screen, NFC, eSIM, microSD support and headphone jack make for a broad feature set at the lower end of the pair.
- Consider the 256 GB version when its current price is attractive, but check the live listing rather than assuming the launch price still applies.
- Be comfortable with 4 GB of physical RAM, shorter software support and no stated IP water-resistance rating.
Pay more for the G75 when longevity and protection matter
- The G75 is the stronger fit for buyers who want IP68 protection, a stabilized main camera, more physical RAM, faster charging or a phone to keep for several years.
- Its Snapdragon platform is the more suitable of the two for demanding games and frequent multitasking, though the available specifications do not establish a particular game frame rate or benchmark result.
- The five-upgrade and 2029 security-support commitments can help justify the premium for a longer ownership period.
- Check availability before planning a purchase: the official page showed an availability-notification form on August 18, 2026.
Do not compare the advertised “12 GB” and “16 GB” figures as though they were all physical memory. The G35 has 4 GB physical RAM and up to 8 GB RAM Boost; the G75 has 8 GB physical RAM and up to 8 GB RAM Boost.
Prices and availability in Brazil
The launch announcement priced the G35 at R$1,499 for 128 GB and R$1,699 for 256 GB. The G75 launched at R$2,299 for 256 GB, or R$2,399 in a bundle with Moto Buds. These are announcement-era prices, not a current price guarantee.
When checked on August 18, 2026, Motorola’s Brazilian store displayed the 256 GB G35 at R$1,099 à vista. The G75 page showed an “Avise-me” form instead of a standard purchase button. Prices, promotions, colors and stock can change, so verify the live listing before buying. The current G35 price was listed on [Motorola’s Brazilian store](https://www.motorola.com.br/smartphone-moto-g35-5g-256gb/p); availability information for the G75 was on its [official product page](https://www.motorola.com.br/smartphone-moto-g75-5g/p).
Specifications here refer to the Brazilian models; configurations and features can differ in other countries. Motorola’s [G35 launch announcement](https://motorolanews.com/br/motorola-apresenta-moto-g35-5g/) also describes the phone as the most powerful entry-level smartphone in its Brazilian market based on an AnTuTu comparison. That is Motorola’s own claim and comparison, not independent testing.
