How do the displays compare?
The V70 FE’s listed 6.83-inch AMOLED panel is larger than the Edge 70’s 6.67-inch pOLED panel. Both are specified at up to 120 Hz, and both have high-resolution screens. The larger vivo display may suit people who prefer more screen area for video, reading or games; the smaller Motorola screen may be easier to manage if you prefer a more compact handset. These are size and preference differences, not evidence that one panel looks better in person.

vivo lists a 7,000 mAh battery and 90 W wired charging for the V70 FE. Motorola lists a 4,800 mAh silicon-carbon battery, up to 68 W wired charging and 15 W wireless charging for the Edge 70. On published capacity, the V70 FE has the larger battery; on listed charging options, the Edge 70 is the one with wireless charging.

Capacity and charging wattage do not establish actual battery life or charging time. Screen settings, network conditions, software and usage affect endurance, while charging results depend on conditions and equipment. What do the camera specifications tell you?
vivo’s global V70 FE page lists a 200 MP optical image stabilization (OIS) main camera and an 8 MP ultrawide camera with a 120-degree field of view. That gives the listed system a main and ultrawide option. Motorola’s cited support page provides the Edge 70 camera-system details, but the available information does not establish a complete regional configuration for every SKU; check the listing for the exact model sold where you live.

The Edge 70 is listed with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, and the V70 FE with a Dimensity 7360-Turbo. Those are different platforms, but the specification pages do not establish a real-world speed winner or benchmark comparison.

Motorola’s US page specifies 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB uMCP storage. vivo’s global page lists 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, while its India page includes multiple configurations, among them 8 GB/128 GB. Do not assume the global V70 FE configuration is the one sold in India or another market.
Both cited global/US product pages list Android 16; vivo specifies OriginOS 6 for the V70 FE. Software builds, carrier variations and update commitments may differ by market. What is the price difference?
A reliable price gap cannot be stated from the available figures because they do not establish a same-market, same-date, same-configuration pair for both phones. In India, vivo announced a V70 FE starting price of INR 37,999 in 2026. Its official e-store later showed ₹44,999 for the 8 GB/128 GB model and ₹51,999 for the 12 GB/256 GB model in the captured listings. The announced starting price and those store listings are different price snapshots, not interchangeable guarantees of today’s selling price.

- Consider the vivo V70 FE if you want the larger listed screen and battery, or its specified 200 MP main and ultrawide camera setup.
- Consider the Motorola Edge 70 if you prefer a smaller listed display or want the wireless charging option shown on Motorola’s US specification page.
- For either phone, verify the exact local model before deciding on price, memory, storage, protection rating, network compatibility and warranty. Regional specifications are not automatically interchangeable.
These are specification-based trade-offs, not a tested overall ranking. For a purchase decision, match the local SKU and seller listing first; then weigh the features you will actually use.
