Choose the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ if a dedicated telephoto camera and broader advertised camera coverage matter most; consider the OnePlus Nord 6 if its reported higher battery capacity is your priority. Neither specification proves which phone takes better pictures or lasts longer in everyday use.
What separates these phones?
The clearest distinction in the available specifications is camera hardware versus reported battery capacity. Motorola’s India product guide describes the Edge 70 Pro+ as having three 50MP cameras, including a 3.5× periscope telephoto, and a 6500mAh battery. A comparison listing from NDTV Gadgets 360 reports a 9000mAh battery for the Nord 6, alongside 50MP and 8MP rear cameras.

Which phone offers more camera flexibility?
Edge 70 Pro+: a dedicated telephoto option
The Edge 70 Pro+ has the stronger documented case for camera versatility: Motorola’s India guide describes a triple 50MP setup with a 3.5× periscope telephoto. A dedicated telephoto camera gives the system a separate lens for distant subjects, rather than relying only on the main camera’s field of view and digital cropping. That is a hardware distinction, not evidence that its portraits, night shots, colors, or zoom images outperform the Nord 6.

Motorola also advertises 4K recording at 60fps across the cameras and 50× AI Super Zoom Pro. Treat those as the manufacturer’s stated features, not an independent assessment of stabilization, detail, usable output, or consistency between lenses.
Nord 6: fewer listed rear cameras, with performance unproven
The NDTV Gadgets 360 comparison lists a 50MP + 8MP rear-camera arrangement for the Nord 6. That listing does not establish what the secondary camera is best suited to, nor does it provide a controlled comparison with Motorola’s system. If camera choice is decisive, look for sample images and video from the exact regional models, especially at the zoom levels and in the lighting conditions you use most.

Does the Nord 6’s reported battery mean it lasts longer?
NDTV Gadgets 360 lists the Nord 6 at 9000mAh, compared with Motorola’s manufacturer-listed 6500mAh for the Edge 70 Pro+. The Nord figure is larger on paper, but it remains secondary-source information and should be checked against OnePlus’s official specifications for the country where you plan to buy.
Even if both capacities are confirmed, they cannot settle which phone lasts longer between charges. Runtime depends on more than capacity, including display use, network conditions, software, and workload. No comparable battery-runtime test for these two models was established, so there is no sound basis here to declare a real-world endurance winner.

Which one should you choose?
Choose the Edge 70 Pro+ if zoom coverage is the priority
It is the more straightforward fit if you specifically want a dedicated 3.5× periscope telephoto and value Motorola’s advertised three-camera feature set. The specifications support a case for broader camera hardware, not a guarantee of better photos.
Consider the Nord 6 if battery capacity is the priority
Its reported 9000mAh capacity may appeal if you are comparing nominal battery size, but verify that figure with OnePlus for your region. Do not treat it as proof of longer everyday battery life without comparable runtime testing.

Check the buying details before deciding
- Confirm current local prices for both phones on the same date and at the same storage capacity.
- Check the exact regional model, memory and storage variant, network-band compatibility, and warranty coverage.
- Verify the Nord 6’s battery and camera specifications against OnePlus’s official page for your market.
- If photography is central, compare real samples from both exact variants; if endurance is central, seek tests that use comparable settings and workloads.
A 91mobiles comparison published on 8 June 2026 framed these models in India’s premium mid-range context. That date-specific positioning is not a current price or availability check, so confirm what is actually sold in your market before making a value judgment.
