The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is the stronger-on-paper choice for display resolution, charging, and documented camera features; the Fire-Boltt Boltt Ace 5G is the lower-priced option in the dated India listings available here. Those listings imply a ₹24,000 gap, but they are not equivalent live offers: Motorola’s ₹38,999 figure is an indexed manufacturer-store listing, while Gadgets 360’s ₹14,999 Boltt starting price was reported on 18 September 2026 with the phone marked unavailable. Check the exact variants, stock, and checkout prices before deciding.

Motorola Edge 70 Fusion vs Boltt Ace 5G: at a glance

This comparison is India-oriented. Motorola’s official India support listing is the primary source for the Edge 70 Fusion specifications below. Boltt Ace 5G specifications are reported in secondary product and launch coverage, rather than a manufacturer specification page in the available sources.

How much more does the Motorola cost?

Subtracting the two published figures gives a ₹24,000 difference: ₹38,999 minus ₹14,999. This is an arithmetic comparison of separate snapshots, not a confirmed saving or current checkout-price gap. Motorola’s figure came from its indexed India storefront, which also showed an MRP of ₹50,999; Gadgets 360 listed the Boltt at ₹14,999 starting price on 18 September 2026 and marked it unavailable. The listing contexts differ, so confirm both phones’ current prices, stock, and exact configurations before treating the difference as a buying decision.

Where the Edge 70 Fusion has the clearer specification advantage

Display resolution and panel type

On the listed specifications, Motorola has a substantially higher-resolution panel: 2772 × 1272 AMOLED versus the Boltt’s reported 720 × 1640 LCD. Both listings also state high refresh rates—up to 144Hz for Motorola and 120Hz for Boltt—but those figures alone do not establish how smoothly either phone performs in everyday use. For sharper stated resolution and an AMOLED panel, the Motorola is the more compelling specification choice.

Charging and battery capacity

The India Motorola listing specifies a 7000mAh battery and 68W TurboPower, while Boltt coverage reports 6000mAh and 18W charging. These are capacity and rated-charging specifications, not comparable endurance or charging-time test results. Actual battery life depends on usage and other conditions; the available sources do not establish which phone lasts longer in a controlled test.

Camera hardware

Motorola lists a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 main sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), plus a 13MP ultrawide camera that also supports macro photography. Boltt coverage reports a 64MP main camera and a 2MP secondary rear camera. Motorola’s listed OIS and ultrawide capability make its camera setup more fully specified on paper, but megapixel counts and component lists do not prove which phone takes better photographs. No comparable camera testing is established here.

Processor, memory and storage: check the exact variant

The India Edge 70 Fusion listing names a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 and RAM/storage options of 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB. Boltt coverage reports a Unisoc T8200 with 4GB, 6GB or 8GB RAM and 64GB or 128GB storage. Those are different reported configurations, and the cheapest listing for either model may not represent the memory/storage combination a buyer wants.

Motorola’s specifications vary by market. Its UK official page lists Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 and an 8GB/256GB configuration, rather than the India page’s processor and options. Compare only the specifications for the country and exact variant being sold; do not assume a Motorola Edge 70 Fusion bought outside India matches the India model.

No same-lab benchmark results for these exact variants are established in the cited material, so the processor names should not be turned into an unsupported performance ranking or gaming-performance claim.

Software and update support

Motorola’s India and UK listings specify Android 16. Boltt’s Android 16 specification is reported by secondary coverage. The available official Motorola pages do not establish an exact support period, while a comparison database reports one year of OS updates and two years of security updates for Boltt; that is not a manufacturer commitment confirmed by the sources here. Buyers prioritising long-term updates should verify the current country-specific policy with the manufacturer before purchase.

Which phone should you choose?

Choose the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion if…

  • You want the higher stated display resolution and an AMOLED panel.
  • You value the listed 68W charging, larger stated battery capacity, or documented OIS and ultrawide camera hardware.
  • You are buying the India variant and have checked the precise RAM/storage option and current price.

Consider the Boltt Ace 5G if…

  • Its lower dated starting-price figure is relevant to your budget, and you can confirm that the phone is currently in stock at a price you can actually pay.
  • A specific Boltt RAM/storage configuration meets your needs after verifying the seller’s exact variant.

These are specification-based distinctions, not claims about measured photo quality, real-world speed, gaming, battery endurance, or charging time. The Boltt specifications cited here come from secondary reporting, so confirm them with the seller or manufacturer for the individual unit.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
