For buyers in India, the Motorola Edge 60 Pro stands out for its sharper 1.5K display and dedicated 3× optical-zoom camera, while the vivo V60 offers a larger 6,500mAh battery and ZEISS-branded camera features. Both list 90W wired charging and IP68/IP69 protection. Neither specification sheet proves which phone takes better photos or lasts longer in everyday use; your priorities and the live price for the exact storage variant should decide it.

Motorola Edge 60 Pro vs vivo V60: key specifications

The comparison below is for the India-market models. Specifications are manufacturer listings unless a third-party source is named.

Which display is better for your use?

The Edge 60 Pro lists more pixels on a slightly smaller display: its 1.5K resolution should make fine text and detailed images look sharper on paper than the V60’s 1080 × 2392 panel. The vivo has the larger listed screen, which may suit video and reading if you prefer more viewing area. Both list a 120Hz refresh rate. The Motorola’s quad-curved edges and the vivo’s reported AMOLED panel are different considerations for grip and screen-edge handling; try the shape in person if curved edges matter to you.

Performance: what the chipset and benchmark figures say

Motorola lists the Dimensity 8350 Extreme, while vivo positions the V60 around the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. In a 91mobiles comparison snapshot retrieved in 2026, the Edge 60 Pro is listed at 4,759 versus 3,585 for the V60 in Geekbench multi-core, and 1,440,382 versus 1,006,885 in AnTuTu. These are publisher-listed figures; the test conditions and methodology were not independently verified for this comparison. They are not a guarantee of day-to-day responsiveness, gaming performance or sustained speed.

If performance is a deciding factor, treat the figures as one point of reference rather than a substitute for checking the exact variant and reviews that test the games and workloads you care about.

Camera comparison: optical zoom versus ZEISS positioning

The clearest hardware distinction is at the back: Motorola lists a separate 10MP telephoto camera with 3× optical zoom and OIS, alongside a main and an autofocus ultrawide camera. That gives the Edge 60 Pro a dedicated lens for optical reach. The V60’s product positioning emphasizes ZEISS-branded camera features, portraits and wedding vlogs. Branding and lens specifications alone cannot establish which phone produces better portraits, skin tones, night shots or video. Look for credible side-by-side camera tests if image quality is your deciding factor.

Battery and charging: capacity is not runtime

vivo lists a 6500mAh battery, compared with Motorola’s 6000mAh. That is a capacity advantage for the V60 on paper, not proof it lasts longer between charges: screen settings, signal strength, software and usage all affect runtime. Both companies advertise 90W wired charging, under their respective stated test conditions rather than a shared independent protocol. Motorola also lists 15W wireless charging; no comparable wireless-charging figure is stated on the cited vivo product page.

Durability and software support

Water, dust and build claims

Both India models list IP68/IP69 protection. Motorola additionally lists MIL-STD-810H testing and Gorilla Glass 7i. These are manufacturer specifications, not a promise that either phone is damage-proof; ratings also do not establish identical warranty coverage. Check each brand’s current warranty terms before relying on water-resistance claims.

How long updates are listed to last

Motorola’s India specification lists three OS upgrades and four years of security maintenance releases. 91mobiles lists four years of OS updates and six years of security updates for the V60, but that comparison listing is not the same as a current official vivo policy statement. Confirm vivo’s commitment for the India model before choosing on support duration.

Price difference in India: compare live, like-for-like offers

A fixed price gap is not established by the available listings. Motorola’s official product page snapshot retrieved in 2026 showed ₹33,999 and marked the Edge 60 Pro out of stock; a separate Motorola India listing displayed other prices. The vivo shop result identified an 8GB+256GB V60 in Auspicious Gold but did not establish a comparable current price. Third-party comparison-page prices are not guaranteed authorized offers.

Before buying, compare the same-day authorized offers for matching RAM and storage. Check the seller, stock, listed price, bank or exchange discounts, and whether a displayed price depends on a promotion. A price for one Edge 60 Pro configuration should not be compared with a different V60 tier or an expired offer.

Which phone should you choose?

  • Choose the Motorola Edge 60 Pro if you prioritize its higher-resolution 1.5K display, a dedicated 3× optical telephoto lens, listed 15W wireless charging, or Motorola’s stated MIL-STD-810H testing and Gorilla Glass 7i.
  • Choose the vivo V60 if you prefer its larger listed 6500mAh battery, larger display, or ZEISS-branded camera positioning and portrait-focused features.
  • Compare further before deciding if battery runtime, real-world camera quality, gaming performance or long-term software support is decisive. The specification differences alone do not settle those questions.
  • Let the offer break a tie: compare live, authorized listings for the exact RAM/storage variant and include any conditions attached to discounts.
