Which phone is the better fit?
Choose the Motorola Edge 60 Pro for resolution, wireless charging and lower listed weight
- Its stated 2712 × 1220 resolution is higher than realme’s FHD+ 1280 × 2800 specification, although realme lists the higher refresh rate: up to 144Hz versus Motorola’s 120Hz.
- Motorola lists both 90W wired charging and 15W wireless charging; realme lists up to 80W wired charging.
- At 186g on Motorola’s specification page, it is lighter than realme’s listed 198g or 203g, depending on color.
Consider the realme 16 Pro+ for battery capacity and its listed camera configuration
- Realme lists a 7000mAh typical battery capacity, compared with Motorola’s 6000mAh. Capacity figures do not establish which phone lasts longer between charges.
- Its listed rear cameras include a 200MP wide camera and a 50MP telephoto camera, both with OIS, as well as an 8MP ultrawide camera. Motorola lists a 50MP main camera with a Sony LYTIA 700C sensor and OIS; its support page has the additional camera specifications.
Do not pick a performance winner from processor names alone
The manufacturers list the Dimensity 8350 Extreme and Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, respectively. These specifications are not a controlled benchmark or a hands-on comparison, so they do not show which phone is faster in real applications.

Camera specifications: what the megapixel numbers do and do not tell you
On paper, realme has the more detailed rear-camera lineup in the listed specifications: a 200MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto camera and an 8MP ultrawide. Motorola’s listed main camera is 50MP, with Sony LYTIA 700C and OIS. Motorola’s support page provides further camera details.
That is a comparison of listed hardware, not a photo-quality verdict. Megapixel counts alone do not account for image processing, lens performance or results in different lighting, and the cited specifications do not provide a controlled camera comparison.

Price difference: the available figures are not a current, matched comparison
A 91mobiles comparison result showed retailer listings of ₹30,190 for the Motorola Edge 60 Pro and ₹53,999 for the realme 16 Pro Plus. These are observed listings, not official prices or guaranteed current offers. The result does not establish that the amounts were for the same RAM and storage tier, seller terms or promotion, so the apparent gap should not be treated as a reliable like-for-like price difference. Check current listings for the same configuration and compare the seller and date before deciding. See the comparison listing.

How to make a fair buying comparison
- Match the market. Confirm that each listing is for the India model or the regional variant you intend to buy; specifications and availability can differ by region.
- Match RAM and storage. The Motorola India page lists 256GB storage with 8GB or 12GB RAM, while realme lists 128GB or 256GB with 8GB RAM and 256GB with 12GB RAM.
- Compare current seller listings. Record the price, seller, configuration and date for each phone. Treat promotions and retailer prices as time-sensitive rather than official price-gap evidence.
- Prioritize the trade-off that matters to you. Use the display, weight, charging and camera specifications above as decision points—not as substitutes for verified runtime, performance or image-quality testing.
